Stayed during OktoberFest. The location to downtown and all the businesses and the FestHall is good. Once we arrived, we never had to move our vehicles again. The property is a Condo, so your deck to sit and watch the river is not private, it is community space. The condo is good size for a party of 4 adults. Not much kitchen counter space, but it was okay for a short 4 night stay. We did have to contact the host about some issues upon arrival, but they responded quickly and corrected the issues. The beds slept well and bathrooms (all full sized) were good. Showers were great, but they are tubs not stalls. Closets in both bedrooms were large and did have some hangers. They do have a washer and dryer combo but we did not use them. Refrigerator does not have an ice maker (ice trays) but plenty of businesses within walking distance to get bagged ice. We parked right in front of property with no problem.

Good place to stay for a large group.

Good place to stay with ample parking. Could be cleaner however it is very serviceable it is right on the rive and good for a large family

Weekend birthday trip
