Cozy cottage with a community boat dock and ramp (boat & kayak rentals nearby). Main bedroom has a queen & attached full bathroom. Bunk room sleeps 4 w/ connecting bathroom to main area. Back deck has small table & seating w/ a 6 seater hot tub!

Just minutes from the famous Kowaliga restaurant & Russell Crossroads (market, diner, horseback riding, etc) yet still secluded! Perfect getaway w/ grill provided (please bring your own charcoal).

Dogs welcome for a $75 pet fee per stay! Cats are NOT allowed due to severe allergy issues.

Such a cute place! We LOVED the hot tub! We were in town for a softball tournament, and this was so much better than staying in a hotel! Owner did a wonderful job communicating with us about checking in/out. Definitely recommend! Would love to go back in the future!

Great communication with the host. The house has everything you would need. We were in the area for a wedding at the Eclectic Ballroom. The commute was short. I have a troublesome knee. I let the host know that handrails on the two-step front porch would be a nice addition.I found some shampoo, conditioner, and body wash under the kitchen sink. There’s also a Dollar General nearby if you forgot to pack essentials.We did not have the opportunity to use the hot tub. The back deck where the hot tub is located was nice and quiet.Overall, a great 2 night stay!

Overall the house was wonderful! Quiet neighborhood and cute little house. Hot tub and deck were wonderful. Overall 5 stars. My only thing would be the lights in the back were all out and then there was only one knife so cooking was a little difficult. Other than that so great!

Lake Martin area home

This is a verly clean 2 bedroom 2 bath home. The beds are comfortable. You can park your car steps away from the entry, making loading and unloading easy. The hot tub was very clean and large. All the features on it were in working order. It was the nicest hot tub I have been in at rental properties. It was very relaxing to watch the sunrise from the hot tub overlooking the wooded back yard. The host answered all my questions promptly. I had a lovely visit.
