About this property

Family friendly home near the slopes and lake. Remodeled game room and master bedroom/bathroom. Great snow play area in back yard. You are a few minutes from all Big Bear has to offer, and can still relax in the mountains.

There is a large master suite, 2 additional bedrooms, a family game room, and a living room (both with views).

We are on a quiet, residential street. Please be respectful of our neighbors. The city limits the number of occupants to 10 guests (8 adults) and 3 cars.

Dispose of all trash by taking it to the Big Bear Lake disposal site. Guests will be charged $25 per bag of trash left at the house.

Wash, dry, and put away all Kitchen dishes and appliances that were used during the stay. Guests will be charged $50 if dishes are left dirty.

Great little getaway

We stayed for only 2 nights; however, we all wished it was longer. The property was beautiful, especially if you don’t mind stairs. Two bedrooms, a bathroom, and the kitchen are upstairs, while the master, master bath, game room and toilet only bathroom are downstairs. They have plenty of games, provided sleds, and a snow shovel. They also have a variety of spices which is nice; but, it is close to town so you can easily go to the market, if you need to do shopping or forget something. It is also close to the snow tubing park. It was a great stay, we would definitely do it again. We also got snow, so it was absolutely beautiful.
