House was perfect! It was beautifully decorated, exceptionally clean, & had everything we needed. Enjoyed the hot tub & deck fire table. Loved that each couple had their own private bathroom & a 1/2 bath on the 1st floor. Loved that it was close to Helen, GA. Highly recommend!

The property was very clean, the kitchen amazing. Outside areas functional. Three generations stayed there very comfortably. We enjoyed the hot tub, pool table, miniature golf… there were so many activities that we had to drag the kids away to go to Helen for the Octoberfest.

This is a fantastic property for a long weekend or multi-week stay. It is modern, clean, has a wonderful layout and is equipped with anything and everything you might need. The large kitchen and open dining/living area was perfect for preparing and enjoying our meals. Fully equipped with multiple coffee machines and very nice wine fridges on both the main and lower levels. All the dishes and cooking equipment you would need, even for a large group. The basement has numerous games and seating for at least a dozen to enjoy a movie! The jacuzzi spa was large and very relaxing. All the bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious and well equipped. Our host checked in several times during our stay and was very responsive to our questions, both before and during our visit. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the Helen, GA area!

The home was exactly what we were looking for and very well equipped We did a fair amount of cooking and were pleased that the kitchen had everything we needed. The downstairs rec and game area was a nice addition with plenty of activities and games. It made for the perfect family retreat.

The home was wonderful in every way! Lots of space for a group to be together and socialize- but each bedroom was spacious on it's own and each had it's own ensuite bathroom which was incredibly convenient. The large downstairs with all of the games and lounging areas was wonderful for games and hanging out. Kitchen was well appointed, and the dining table was very spacious for a large group. Ample parking and easy to get access and close to shopping and groceries! A great stay overall!

Our stay was wonderful. The house is exquisite. The bedrooms and bathrooms are large. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you would need. The downstairs area was perfect for the kids...hours of entertainment with air hockey, pool, PacMac, board games, etc. Would 10/10 recommend

We went for Oktoberfest in Helen and it was a great stay. The place was clean and had all the essentials that we needed. The kitchen, bedrooms, and entertaining areas are well stocked. Plenty of parking. Safe neighborhood. Responsive host. Thank you for everything !

House was amazing and great location. Wish the owner had been a little bit more flexible with arrival time.... We knew we were going to be in town 1 hr sooner than checkin and was told we would have to pay the early checkin fee for just 1 hour.

The house is just as advertised--no unpleasant surprises! Our group of 12 ladies slept comfortably and especially enjoyed the large dining table where we could all eat together. We also could all sit together in the living room. We find this to be unusual in VRBO houses, as many of them have lots of beds/bedrooms but not enough gathering space. Everything is clean and seems brand new.

Amazing New Modern Farmhouse

This is an amazing property with room for multiple families to spread out if needed or as me and my wife had the entire property to ourselves. You will not be disappointed with the home and many things to do within minutes. Only a few miles from Helen, several local wineries or nice hiking trails. Everything you will need is provided for you within the home. Definitely a 5 star property.

House & Location is grand

The house is as good as it looks in the photos, maybe better. Plenty of room for 3 or 4 couples and a well stocked kitchen for preparing dinner. Location is ideal, in close proximity to hiking trails and wine vineyards. Close to Helen, Cleveland and a 35 minute drive to Dahlonega. Great place to kick back and relax after a day of activities. Owners were easy to communicate with. Bonus- a well prepared file of house instructions and nearby activities that can be loaded as an app on your cell, very handy.

This house is absolutely gorgeous and even nicer in person! The kitchen is extremely well stocked with appliances, gagets, pots, pans, etc. There is olive oil, a spice rack, salt and pepper. Mary was a prompt communicator. The check out process is so easy: don't make beds, take out trash and run the dishwasher. The mountain setting and gated community are breathtaking. It's quick and easy to get to Helen and other activities. I cannot recommend this more highly!
