SEASIDE REUNION in Seagrove Beach is the perfect place to spend your vacation with a large group or gather here for a family reunion, corporate or church retreat, bachelorette trip, guys or gals golf trip, moms getaway etc.
This home is south of 30A (Gulfside - no street to cross to get to the beach), and it's only a short 8 minute walk on a quiet and flat road before your toes hit the pristine, powdery white sand! There is a new parking lot built near the public beach access for car and golf cart parking for those who don't wish to walk.
Seaside Reunion has ten bedrooms, eight full baths and two half baths. There are SEVEN bedrooms with King size beds, and 4 of those are Master Suites!
A unique feature of this house is that there are two sides - East and West - with 2,500 sq. feet on each side. Each side has it's own fully furnished kitchen, spacious den, washer and dryer, outdoor balcony and large dining table. Guests can flow easily between the two sides for meals and games, but the connecting doors can be closed when needed for privacy, or if some guests have an earlier bedtime than others.
You and your guests will enjoy the private, heated, pool (30x15) and our close proximity to night spots, restaurants and shopping in Seaside ( 2 miles away), Seagrove, Grayton, Watercolor, Seacrest, Alys and Rosemary Beach.
There are many restaurants and shops within walking distance of this property. Be sure to search "Greenway Station 30A" to explore all the new restaurants, shops, and ice cream stores (too many for me to name them all) that are only a quick 5 min walk from the property!
There is a 19 mile paved bike path along Highway 30A that makes it safe and fun to ride your bike to all the nearby communities, and this path can be accessed from right outside our property!
You probably won't want to leave the gorgeous 30A area, but if you decide to venture out, Panama City Beach to the east or Destin to the west are only a short 30-45 minutes away.
