About the host
Hosted by Debora

We fell in love with the views on this lakeside lot and have just built this home. We hope that you will love it as much as we do! There are currently a pair of nesting eagles that you can watch from the porch, living room and master bedroom. At night you can look out the window and if it is clear you can see the stars while lying on your pillow
Why they chose this property
Tour the state’s oldest city, hit casinos, and visit museums.
If you feel like venturing out, uncover the area’s interesting history and rich culture. Louisiana’s oldest city, Natchitoches, was founded by the French in 1714 and includes many historic sites as well as unique shops and delicious restaurants specializing in Cajun and Creole cuisine. Visit museums like the Louisiana Sports Hall of Fame & Northwest Louisiana History Museum and see where the 1989 hit movie Steel Magnolias was filmed. Looking for more big city attractions? Head into Shreveport and try your luck at Bally’s Shreveport Casino or Sam’s Town® Casino, sip craft beers at Great Raft Brewing, and catch a concert at Shreveport Municipal Auditorium. Check out an impressive collection of American and European art at the R.W. Norton Art Gallery and wander through the country’s largest park devoted to roses at the American Rose Center. If you’re here with kids, they’ll love the interactive exhibits, planetarium, and IMAX theater at Sci-Port Discovery Center and the sharks, sting rays, and sea turtles at Shreveport Aquarium.
