A13 has a view of the front pool area and easy access to everything in the complex. It is within walking distance of shops and restaurants in the Pier Village, community tennis and basketball courts in Kings Park, and much more. A downstairs unit that is about 40 feet from the parking area.

Ocean Walk community rules should be followed by all guests.
No bicycles can be stored in the breezeways.
Pools close at 10 p.m. No entry allowed after hours.
No glass or pets in pool areas.
Quiet time is 10 p.m. until sunrise. Please be considerate of all residents and guests. No loud music, voices, or other audio. No running and/or playing on stairs.
Do not hang towels or clothing on balcony railings.
Please be respectful of the owner’s expenses by setting the thermostat to 74 degrees or higher during warm weather. Keep windows and doors closed when the A/C is in use.
For the safety of everyone on the property, please maintain the posted speed limit of 10 mph at all times.
This unit is pet friendly for pets 35 lbs. or less with a pet fee of $50 per pet. Pets must be on a leash when outdoors. Please clean up after your pet.

March 2024 vacation

Stay was excellent!!!! We had access to 2 pools, 1 heated and 1 not heated. Management was on the property and always available. Town is quaint and you are able to walk to so many nice locations as well as the beach. We met so many new friends and will definitely be going back.

We enjoyed our stay! Only two things that you should be aware; there wasn’t a stopper for the tub, so you couldn’t take a bath. And there were no sheets for the roll away bed. Other than that it was wonderful!

Weekend Getaway

Overall I was happy with our stay. It was a decent condo with enough amenities to get us through a long weekend. It was comfortable and in a great location on the island. A couple recommendations is to do a deep cleaning, change out the bed pillows, and replace the living room TV (there’s a line across the screen). It was clean but I’m picky about cleanliness and noticed a few things that needed attention. The workout room in the guest house definitely needs cleaned, very dirty. If a quieter condo is what you’re looking for, it’s probably best not too get too close to the pool like we were.
