Located close to Coconut point mall, Hyatt Regency Coconut Point (events), Gulf Coast Town Center, Hertz Arena, RSW airport, Naples, Sanibel, Marco and only 10 miles to Bonita Beach by car.

This 4000 sf home is the perfect destination for large family gatherings or groups. The home comfortably sleeps 16+. The property is self contained and the outdoor spaces includes a large 8 x 15' swim spa, gas fire pit, direct canal front patio and plenty of parking for multiple cars and perhaps a boat. The nearest boat ramp is only 3.5 miles at the Koreshan state park.

The property also offers a complete assembly of everything you will need for your stay. Including a specific office/work out room. Nothing was left out during the creation of this destination experience.

Blessed wedding

This house was great, as advertised and everyone really enjoyed the experience. It was roomy, had all the amenities including a printer that we were able to connect to print the itinerary out for everyone. Kitchen was very nice. Everything very clean. Only suggestion is to add some wash cloths, we bought a pack and left them there. A laminated instruction sheet for the printer connection might be helpful. The back patio and grill and the swimming spa was great, we used it all! Very grateful to have picked this one. The orientation by the owner was very helpful.

I love our gorgeous area and especially our extreme close proximity to everything. Including shopping, sports, culture, airports, University, beaches and the and waterfront experience. I love hosting our property and creating a wonderful destination for our guests. It is very important to me that everything is thought of and included.

Why they chose this property

I chose this property because I love restoration and waterfront. I do not like to tear something down and start from scratch if it has good bones. And who does not love a great quirky Mid-Century modern rehab. Everything is brand new from roof, windows, drywall, plumbing and electrical. Thank you Ian!!!

What makes this property unique

This property is very unique. I had to work with what I had and it was a hodge-podge of a connected duplex and add on's since 1962. It scared most people. However, I saw the potential and built on that. It is Olde Florida vs. Mid Century morphed and now we have an amazing home that is self-contained, homey and welcoming for everyone. I love this home so much I could easily live here full time!
