This house and the hosts are a hidden gem! We had the best time. The hosts were responsive and thoughtful in their directions and instructions at the property. I would highly recommend!

The house was not as clean as I would have expected. The upstairs shower leaked, although they came and fixed it the next day; but had the shower been cleaned thoroughly they would have noticed the leak prior to our arrival.The deck on the back of the house is very unsafe; looks like it could fall off. The deck out of the master bedroom is not stable; it holds water and leaks onto the below deck. It sags and could fall onto the below deck. The washer and dryer were not clean enough to be used. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes/pans but wasn’t very clean.The outside area is not very well maintained and the grill is not accessible. This house could be a very nice rental with a good view of the beach, but needs maintenance and cleaning.

This property was perfect for our family. It is in an awesome location and second row from the ocean. The double deck is fantastic, especially for morning coffee. The house is well equipped and cozy. I love you are dealing directly with the owners vs. a rental company - which is the norm in Gulf Shores. Excellent and helpful communication with the hosts was appreciated.

I can only repeat what my 4 year old grandson stated when he walked in, "this is the best beach cottage ever"!Two covered porches to enjoy beach views from, best stocked of any rental I have been in, plenty of comfortable beds easily accommodating our family of 6 and not one but 3 recliners along with a couch and another chair! Last but certainly not least, anything you could possibly need for the beach was available from beach toys galore to beach umbrellas, chairs and ice chests! We love taking our grandchildren to different places and memories were surely made here! Ty!

The Hosts were superb in every way. The house is plenty close enough to the beach - very very brief walk. The beach area was great. The house was plenty big enough. The beds were okay - in the room with 2 doubles the mattresses are a bit worn and the bed frame makes loud noise when you rollover. One of the recliners is missing the plug and therefore doesn’t recline. Other than that - exceptionally nice stay. Well equipped kitchen and each room well equipped with what was needed. Again, the hosts are super nice, very responsive and eager to make your stay wonderful.

Nice house, well furnished. Easy and short walk to white sandy beach. Great getaway. House and beach are dog friendly. Look forward to staying here again.

Hi Jack, Glad you'll enjoyed your stay at the Beach House. Hope you can make it again soon. Glad you'll got to see the "Blue Angles" practing in front of the Beach House. Sometimes their will be only one plane, other times it will be three or four. At times you can see Dauphins swimming by. Last year a renter called me excited. Said she just had to let me know. They saw dauphins swimming along the shore line. Said her two teen age daughters ran down to the water and "swam" with dauphins. They could almost touch them. Her daughter's said that would be memories for a life time! Nice times happen at the Beach. Leroy

Easy Beach Access, safe and quiet

Great girls week at the beach!

The house is conveniently located to the beach and has all of the amenities of home. Leroy was very accommodating to our early arrival and we were able to hang out on the deck to enjoy the ocean view.
