The Barn Loft at Kelly Hollow Farm.
Enjoy your morning coffee while sitting on your private balcony with peaceful treetop views. Picnic along the clear stream shaded by trees and experience life on the farm. Kelly Hollow Farm and Stay is located near the most popular Hot Springs attractions including Historic downtown, Oaklawn Race Track, Hiking and biking trails, and Magic Springs Amusement park.
This modern, farm house style apartment has a full kitchen with new appliances. The accommodations include one queen bed in the bedroom, a twin bunk bed, and a queen sofa bed. A portable baby crib is also available. There is one full bathroom and one half bathroom. The laundry area has a full size washer and dryer. The balcony overlooking the barn yard has an outdoor dining table, grill and smokeless fire pit. The apartment has free WiFi and smart TVs in both the bedroom and living room.
We are located on 22 acres near Hot Springs National Park. The property ranges from our beautiful, clear creek to the wooded hilltop. Guests are able to roam the property, picnic and relax anywhere on the property except our front yard. Two picnic areas are located along the creek. One is near the driveway and the other is more secluded and accessible by walking a short trail.

The property is accessed via a maintained gravel road.
We have Starlink internet on the property. WiFi is available inside the apartment and outside near the buildings. Cell service can be limited in the area depending on your service provider.
Visitors are welcome with prior approval. We’ll ask that you update your reservation if they spend the night.
Quiet Time is from 10:00PM – 8:00AM. The stars and fireflies are beautiful out here but please be quiet when viewing them during quiet hours.
There are two listings on the farm in addition to our house so you may encounter other guests while walking around. There are multiple locations on the property for you get away and enjoy nature. Please respect other guests’ privacy and use another location if one is occupied
