This was a great place to stay. Clean and roomy for the 4 of us ladies celebrating our 60th birthdays in Nashville. Very conveniently located to Broadway- Walk or take a Lyft for less than 10/ride. Beds were very comfortable. Balcony on the river was lovely for morning coffee. Host was quick to respond to messages/calls. Not a option for anyone with mobility issues...must use stairs to get to 2nd level to access apartment.
Cute place! We loved the vibe especially the foyer. So many extra blankets to stay cozy. The view from the balcony was so pretty both day and night. The groundhogs and cardinals each in the mornings were fun. Very clean and each bedroom was comfy. Perfect for any girls trip
The listing is very accurate. We enjoyed the location easy to get around. Had some minor issues but host was very helpful in solving it. Can’t wait to come back to Nashville and would love to stay here again!
Katie was a great host. We had a few small issues which we informed Katie about and it was adressed right away Its nice that parking and a pool are available for use. There are a lot of restaurants within walking distance of the unit. Suggest not walking along the Cumberland walkway back at night from Broadway since many homeless camp out along it. The Germantown area is nice break from Broadway.
Clean and comfortable! Loved the location and the wildlife that would stop by everyday. Would recommend and will stay again! Only one small snag but Katie was extremely responsive and the issue was beyond anyone’s control. Loved our stay!
Great location, just close enough to downtown action but far enough to explore other parts of Nashville. Riverside has great run/bike paths and this was a cute, clean and prepared place to stay.
We booked this condo for a long weekend girls trip and the location was good. Loved having free covered parking right in front. The condo is just a short drive from downtown. We thought we might be able to walk downtown but that looked a little iffy, especially at night. The small balcony that overlooks the river was perfect for enjoying our wine at the end of the day. We loved seeing a family of five raccoons and a groundhog who entertained us throughout our visit. The kitchen was well stocked and the beds were comfy. Overall, the place was very quiet, which we appreciated. The only downside was there was no hot water in the second shower and the hot water faucet on the bathroom sink made a loud noise when turned on. I did not report these to the owner until after our visit but I feel certain these will be taken care of quickly. The owner was terrific to communicate with. We enjoyed staying here very much and would highly recommend it.
We had the most perfect stay. The location was fantastic. They had absolutely everything we could have asked for. The host, Katie, is very communicative and is easy to talk to. Kitchen fully stocked. Great space.
