This stylish place to stay is perfect for group trips! This brand new, modern home, is located in beautiful Lake Cowichan. You will be just steps away from the beach, and your stay will include boat moorage at our gated marina!
After a long day enjoying the lake, come back and relax in the hot tub!

**Please Note**
The house is located in a new development, and there are still houses under construction. Work is typically done on weekdays only, but there might be some exceptions.

Close to pubs, restaurants, grocery and liquor stores.

1.8 km from Laketown Ranch festival grounds.

Fantastic place near the water

The property was perfect for our group and the added boat slip was amazing for a weekend on the water. The location was quiet and peaceful with easy access to town and the private marina. House was fully stocked and well organized and clean.

We were very satisfied with our stay. The house is beautiful and well furnished. Has everything you need for a weekend getaway such as great views, a hot tub, plenty of beds, games and superb sound system. Owner was very friendly and the check in process was really easy. We had a wonderful stay at this house. The property is high quality throughout with comfortable furniture, a well-stocked kitchen, and a great BBQ. The ping pong table and hot tub were highlights for everyone, and the quiet and efficient AC made the stay extra comfortable. The movie room is very spacious and perfect for relaxing.We stayed as two families with four adults and nine kids, and the house never felt crowded. It was roomy, comfortable, and relaxing. The lake is amazing, and Cowichan town has everything you need. Highly recommended for a family getaway.

Perfect property for a group. Nearly brand new and very well appointed - everything you need for a comfortable stay including a well supplied kitchen. Tons of rooms and comfortable beds, with beautiful outdoor spaces. Access to the lake is easy. Highly recommend this property.

This property was exactly as portrayed and more. The house was very clean, well stocked and had a great view. It was just like a home away from home with all the plants and little homey touches. Guests from Ottawa and Calgary.

The Lake House Retreat is beautiful! It’s gorgeously decorated, with comfortable beds and all the amenities we needed. Fully stocked kitchen and bathrooms, games for the family to play, ping pong, hot tub and an expansive covered deck that we enjoyed everyday. There was plenty of room for all three families that stayed with us, with room for even more. Craig was an excellent host who responded quickly to any questions we had. We’ve rented many properties in the past, but this has to be our favourite one of all. Highly recommend!
