Family of four with two young kiddos and this place had everything we needed to enjoy our Kona vacation. Community was quiet, friendly and close to all the shops and restaurants. We will be back!

We had a wonderful stay! The rental was beautifully decorated, exceptionally clean, and stocked with thoughtful extras that made a real difference, like coffee filters, spices, and an icemaker. We especially enjoyed spending our mornings on the patio, drinking coffee while watching and listening to the birds. Although we didn't end up using the beach gear or the outdoor BBQ, they would be a great bonus for a larger group. We didn't encounter any issues or pests during our stay and we would happily stay here again!

5/5 Absolutely Perfect Stay for the Ironman World Championship!We had an incredible stay at this property during the Ironman World Championship week, and everything was absolutely top-notch!From the moment we arrived, the location proved to be perfect for the event—providing easy access to the race venues while offering a peaceful retreat to rest and recover. The apartment itself was pristine, modern, and fully equipped with everything an athlete and their support crew could possibly need.The kitchen was fully stocked for race-prep meals, the beds were exceptionally comfortable for high-quality sleep, and the entire place was spotlessly clean. The hosts went above and beyond to ensure we had a seamless experience during one of the most important weeks of the year.Everything was simply top-tier. We couldn’t have asked for a better home base. Highly recommended for any future Ironman competitors or spectators! 10/10!

This villa was very nice. Felt very luxurious! I was sad to see that there were no kitchen staples like cooking oil, salt and pepper etc. I was hoping someone before us would have left some behind but it was ok. It wasn’t a big deal. We were thankful for the beach chairs and a cooler. Couldn’t park in the garage because the owners had their personal bikes locked up and they took up the extra room needed to park in there. The beds were very comfortable but the twin beds were very squeaky when you moved. The whole experience was great though! We would definitely stay there again!

Had an awesome experience. A-Bay beach is 4 mins drive. Queens marketplace shops and King’s shops are walking distance. Lot of dining options nearby. Community pool was perfect for kids. 10/10 would recommend and def stay here again!

A wonderfully furnished unit had everything we needed, including beachchairs, boogie boards, snorkel gear if we needed it in the garage the grounds were beautiful would definitely rent this unit again

Fantastic vacation

My family and I had a fantastic vacation. I liked the location of the condo. It is so close to many places we went. That was nice because we didn’t spend our vacation driving all over. The unit is comfortable and inviting. We enjoyed the patio and outside bbq. The grounds are beautiful and the pool is great too.

Nice location

I was disappointed that the unit did not have a rice cooker and the outside grill did not work. We wasted our steaks because he had to use the oven. There was also mold in the washer so we didn’t use it. We did like the location and the house was nice.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This vacation rental was perfect. It had everything we needed and more! It is also in a very walkable area which we loved: close to shops, restaurants, beaches, and walking trails. The condo was very clean and had plenty of room for six of us (4 adults, 2 kids). The beach and snorkel gear in the garage was an added bonus and came in extra handy as there are lots of great beaches and snorkeling spots in the area. We highly recommend this vacation rental and can’t wait to come back again!

Great condo! I wish the kitchen was a little better equipped but not a deal breaker, obviously. Pool was nice, good AC, beautiful view from the lanai. If I ever decided to return to the area, I’d stay there again.
