Just a heads-up: this unit does not have a washer or dryer. However, there is a local laundromat in town that you’re welcome to use.

*During peak summer season (July-Aug) 3 night min. with no 1 night gaps in between reservations. If you try to book and receive a "host unavailable" message but the calendar appears open, please send us a message as our software has a few booking rules and may require us to override it.
*3 night minimum stay for all Canadian Statutory Holidays
*No smoking or vaping inside or outside the property, the insurance doesn't allow any smoking on-site.
**Sorry no pets allowed-Very strict We are proud to maintain a pet-free, dander-free home to accommodate guests with pet sensitivities. If guests arrive with a pet, we reserve the right to ask them to leave and apply an additional fee for deep cleaning. Cancellation Policy:
• We require 30 days cancellation notice to receive a full refund
• If you cancel outside of this period, you'll receive a full refund.
• If you cancel within the 30 days, the reservation is non refundable

Accidental Damage Protection: Accidental Damage Protection is included in the total cost of your reservation—there is no additional fee after booking, as it is automatically applied at the time of purchase. This coverage protects against accidental damages up to $1,000 that may occur during your stay.
Please note: This protection does not apply to damages caused by parties, unauthorized events, or negligent behaviour. It is strictly intended for unintentional mishaps that may happen while you're staying in the home.
