Relax and rejuvenate in our cozy resort condo less than half a mile from the shores of Lake Taneycomo. Just a short 10-minute drive from Hwy 76 'Strip' and a convenient 20-minute drive from Silver Dollar City (depending on traffic, of course!). Nestled within the secure, gated Pointe Royale Golf Village neighborhood.

Comfortable stay with family

We were in Branson for a small baby shower which we held at the condo (8 of us). Didn't see much of Branson but had a lot of family time and visiting. I would definitely stay here again when the baby comes!

Branson family trip

The place was perfect! Very clean, comfortable, felt like home. Mainly used it as a home base for Silver Dollar City and White Water. The pool was close by and very nice for the kids to burn off extra energy in. Looking forward to staying here again next year and exploring more around the area. Especially the fishing!

Good overall but could be better

In general, our stay at this condo was enjoyable. We visited Branson for a family vacation, and many other family members were also staying at the Point Royale complex. Pros: This condo has a fantastic location, being just a short walk away from the clubhouse and amenities such as the pool and sports courts. We truly appreciated this. While the condo may not have been as modernized as the others our family had reserved, it was clean and suitable for our stay. Cons: This condo lacked some of the basic necessities typically provided in a VRBO property. The bathrooms only supplied bar soap, with no shampoo available. Additionally, the kitchen lacked useful extras for cooking, such as cooking spray, oil, or butter. Only decaf coffee was provided, and most visitors would prefer regular coffee in the morning. Overall, we had a fine stay, but we would likely choose a more updated condo for our next visit.

Nice but dated

The kitchen faucet had no water pressure, and the water trickled out, not to mention that the kitchen faucet leaked water at the base. The master bathroom toilet flushed slowly and filled slowly. The entryway carpet needs to be cleaned, had spots on it. The kitchen is dated needs to be remodeled. The screened in porch was nice. The bed in the master bedroom is way too soft and you sink in.

This was a great condo!

The location was great close to the strip and SDC. The check in was easy and I didn’t need to communicate with any one. I received a check in email and everything was perfect and accurate on that email. We had everything we needed and instructions in a small laminated book in the condo. I appreciated that. I cook on vacation so having a stocked kitchen is extremely important. There were many appliances, dishes, silverware, cooking, utensils, and everything you would need to be able to cook whatever you needed for your family. I would definitely stay here again we stayed five nights and we had plenty of supplies for the duration of the day.

Property and condo in general were clean. Living room was comfortable. Screened in porch with ceiling fan was nice. Freezer was not clean. Ice maker did not work. Only ice tray in freezer was broken. A/C unit rattled while running. Second bedroom had stand fan instead of ceiling fan. Stand fan was broken.
