Bring your boat and enjoy boating, fishing, swimming and kayaking. Start your day with your cup of coffee and enjoy from the dock watching the gorgeous sunrise and end the day with a cocktail as the sun sets. Newly remodeled two-story spacious home with cozy decor and ample amenities. This home is bright, stylish and fully furnished with anything you may need during your relaxing getaway. A new private dock was completed in 2023 that provides all the space you and your guests may need to enjoy dinner, fishing or just sitting under the stars. We are near Margaritaville Resort, local dining, shopping and great fishing.

Country club amenities are available to use for guests for an extra charge. Play golf, tennis, pickleball, swim, or workout at the club gym.

Great place to spend time with family!

We had a wonderful Easter weekend spending time with family. The house is well stocked with everything you need, is in a great location and was very comfortable and cozy. We will hopefully be back!

Very nice property with great views of the lake from the kitchen and dining table. We enjoyed access to the pool and amenities at April Sound. Was a great place for our college girls’ trip and would highly recommend.
