Amenities don't get better than this: 8-person hot tub, home theater with 135" screen, pool table, fire pit, outdoor dining, corn hole, and darts! Located smack-dab in the middle of Denver, Boulder, Red Rocks and the mountains - perfect place to grill, watch movies, and hang in the tub after a big day experiencing all Colorado has to offer!

Great location and nice place

We rented the house for a golf trip with 6 people. The house worked perfectly as Arvada is a great area to stay in for convenience and safety. Jack did an excellent job of communicating with me and the process was easy. The only issue was a GIANT raccoon that hung out in the back yard but we scared him off with a rake. Lol. I will stay there again.
