This is your private single-family home away from home in one of the best areas of Lincoln City! The inviting living room with vaulted ceilings and skylight features modern design paired with luxury furnishings including a large, leather sectional, gas fireplace, board games and oversized smart TV perfect for movie nights. The kitchen is well stocked for adults, kids, and dogs including coffee and tea to get your morning off to a fabulous start! Dining for 6 is available at the dining table and eat in bar.

Bedroom 1- Ocean Breeze room has a Modern King bed, desk, walk in closet with 2 robes, attached bathroom with dual sinks and walk in shower with seat.

Bedroom 2- Sunset Boho Beach room features a cozy queen bed and closet with plenty of hanging storage and luggage racks.

Bedroom 3- The Sailor's Suite, has two twin beds with an extra trundle bed, chest of drawers, closet and dresser.

All bedrooms have Roku TV's, plenty of pillows, extra blankets, hangers in the closets and oh-so-cozy linens!
An additional bathroom is off the hallway with a tub-shower and plenty of storage.
Both bathrooms provide shampoo, conditioner, body wash and a hair dryer.
A washer and dryer is on the main floor laundry room with utility sink available for your use.
You'll also have access to garage with arcade game, foos ball and gear storage. There are currently two kayaks available for use (at your own risk!) so you can meander through the canal, under the bridge and out to D River and Devil’s Lake.
Out back you'll find a large deck with a hot tub, outdoor seating to soak in the Oregon Coast!

Just added an outdoor Fire Table on the waterfront deck and a record player with a collection of vintage records!

Almost perfect

I loved the house and location. Did not enjoy one of the neighbors. I would be happy to rent this beautiful home again. The home was spacious for a family of 6, 4 kids and my wife and i. Its just a 5 min walk to beach and restaurants. We had a great vacation there.

Wonderful Stay!

It was our third stay at Awayframe and once again, it was lovely. There’s a reason we keep coming back— the Awayframe has everything you need for a nice, relaxing stay and we LOVE how dog friendly their property is. Not to mention the 5 star communication from Suzanne, who is always quick to respond with whatever you need. Definitely recommend the Awayframe!!

The proximity to the beach, lake and d river. It's very quiet and prime location close to everything.

What makes this property unique

We frequently see blue heron and a plethora of other water fowl in the canal while sitting at the dinning table. It's so peaceful and relaxing to look at the water. We see deer walk down the street and can hear the ocean waves at night.
