The proximity to the beach, lake and d river. It's very quiet and prime location close to everything.
What makes this property unique
We frequently see blue heron and a plethora of other water fowl in the canal while sitting at the dinning table. It's so peaceful and relaxing to look at the water. We see deer walk down the street and can hear the ocean waves at night.
