This spacious 1800 square foot home is perfect for family & friends to gather or for couples looking for a romantic getaway, Anniversary, Birthday, or special occasion. Great Ocean view location and fabulous views make this the ideal home for those looking to relax in a clean, comfortable and relaxing vacation home. An oversize kitchen and dining area makes entertaining a breeze. Everything flows out onto a 1,000 sq ft Oceanview cedar deck with the Hot Tub just steps away. Each of the bedrooms have its own warm and inviting atmosphere including new BeautyRest Pillowtop Mattresses for your ultimate comfort and enjoyment. For those that can't seem to get away from the office we have WIFI Hi-speed internet connection with wireless router. For kids young and old we have 7 miles of warm sandy beach for Exploration and Adventure. We also have 2- 42" large flat screen Plasma TV's for action packed games, Sports, movies, and 2 Sony Blue Ray players. Netflix, Amazon Prime, HULU and other online entertainment services are accessible and available.

The sunsets, whale watching, kite surfing and ocean views are simply spectacular. Don't forget to stroll over to the beach access to catch the fabulous sunrises, sunsets and scan the incredible coastline in all its wonder. Terrific home, fabulous location, great oceanview. Includes Weber BBQ. Short one block to two beach accesses. Located just a short 1 mile drive or walk from the Chinook Winds Casino and only minutes away from two 18 hole golf courses (Lakeside and Salishan).

Amazing property. Easy access to the beach. A mile away from shopping areas. Had a group of 10 people and all of us had plenty of space. It was a nice bonus to have a closet full of games and puzzles. The hosts were very responsive. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Location, Plenty of Space

Brent was great at communicating, the house is an easy walk of 1 block from the beach. Always windy so bring a kite, but still lovely. The hot tub was the perfect retreat after the beach. We made a complex meal for dinner and the house had everything we needed: from peelers to potato masher.

Great stay!

Had a great time at this property. It's large! And lots of seating. Can't beat the location either. One block from the beach and a short walk to a great hiking trailhead. Hot tub was a bonus, especially on a rainy day. And the place was clean. No complaints.

We had a wonderful time at this amazing beach house. Stunning views and beach access only a block away. The hot tub was perfect with a view of the ocean. Plenty of room for all the family. We would definitely book this home again.

Great beach home with lovely sunset views

Really enjoyed our stay at your house ! Location was good with close and easy beach access. Room for grownups upstairs while the kids play in their separate family room downstairs. Well stocked kitchen with everything we needed to prepare our meals. We look forward to seeing you again next year!

Good Location!

The weather was perfect for our stay - sitting on the balcony to listen to the ocean was so peaceful. Beach access was steps from the house. All good things for our group. The house could use some refreshers.. but overall, things were good. The kitchen was stocked with the equipment we needed. My favorite feature was the quiet we experienced in the master bedroom when we closed the door!

Beach near by

The house has a great view of the ocean and just a few blocks from the beach, easy access. Plenty of living space up and down stairs, 5 beds, and you can bring your dogs. The kitchen is a bit small galley style, but has a big counter space. The owners are great to talk with and get right back to your emails..

October Vacation

The property was even better than advertised. The hosts thought of everything. Extremely well stocked kitchen. Plenty of blankets, pillows, towels, and even a full stock of cleaning supplies. A block from the beach and ocean views from the deck. The hosts were very responsive when I contacted them about a power outage (it turned out to be area wide). I would definitely rent this property again.

Very convenient for where I needed to be. Beautiful view. not like-- Furniture in the upstairs was not comfortable. Couches were made for beds not sitting on. Internet was off most of the time. No amenities such as Kleenex, shampoo, ect..

Perfect location!

This place was really nice to stay at with my large family of 5 adults and 4 kids, we loved how close it was to the beach, maybe a 3 minute walk if that. The upstairs had lots of room for everyone to hangout together, plus there was the addition living room downstairs. I do have two recommendations, the space in the kitchen between the bar and the fridge and stove is way too small, hardly enough room for two people to walk by each other in the kitchen, if the new property owners plan on doing some updates I would recommend moving the bar over 2 ft, my niece who is shorter than me had a hard time putting dishes away with the dishwasher door open. We rented this place because dogs are allowed which we were really great full for however with allowing dogs comes the smell, the rug for the upstairs looks like it needs to be replaced, I think that between allowing dogs in the home and being in a humid location the rug traps the smell of dog and so the upstairs smells of dog, my recommendation would be to rip out the rug and put in linoleum or a hardwood floor. Would definitely rent this home again for a future trip to the coast! Thank you!

WARNING - New out-of-town owners not taking care of property.

New out-of-town owners are not on top of the cleanliness of the property. The kitchen floor was sticky, everything had to be washed before using, many items in the kitchen should have been tossed long ago. There was a strong smell of dog urine as soon as we walked through the door. The pictures on the website are from before ownership turnover and do represent what the property looks like. Many pictures and decorations are missing with only the nails or nail holes left. Top sheets were missing from the sofa sleepers. When we informed the owners of this, they provided no assistance, but to say that they might take that under consideration for future guests. Would strongly not recommend this property to anyone.

Not on beach but close enough

Ourselves and son and wife and small grandchildren were comfortable with having two separate areas to stay the week we were here. The house has a well equipped kitchen that has room for one person. There was ample seating for all and beds for everyone including three couches that pull out to beds as well. The short walk to the beach was very easy and doable for all. Couple suggestions; kitchen cupboards need a good scrubbing around the handles and front, all are older and have the years of handling on them. The upstairs vacuum did not work because the belt was off and has an awful smell. I wrestled the belt back on, but didn't want to take a chance of it coming back off. Washing all the towels and putting them away makes so we couldn't shower the morning we left. So take a couple of your own towels for last day showering. We also brought our own disinfecting homemade laundry soap. Many of the "clean" white towels had stains. Most of the towels after we washed them with our soap were cleaner and disinfected than when we arrived. One safety suggestion; to add a hinge door stop to the downstairs door leading to the upstairs. With a 1.5 year old we loved closing off the stairs with the doors at top and bottom. So about the hinge door stop, if bottom door was open and pushed to the wall it would touch the garage door opener and open the garage door. The toddler was the first to make this discovery! Total escape route he found out fast! The heating and air conditioning should be separated from each floor, alot of temp difference between the two, hard to regulate. The On demand water heater is nice but when any other water was turned on the shower immediately went cold until the other water was shut off. So with all that said we were not unhappy with our stay, just read that if these things are not shared then they are not discovered. Thank you for your home and we would stay again if we come back to Lincoln City.
