Villa Harmony - privacy and view of the Ionian Sea

Villas Harmony and Horizon are located in the outskirts of village Athani, which is the nearest location to the famous Egremni and Porto Katsiki beaches. The surrounding area is full of olive trees and there is no other house within a distance of 200 meters, thus peace and privacy are guaranteed. The villas were built in 2010 in a traditional style. They are totally separated from each other, fully equipped and furnished. There is private parking space and a private swimming pool for each villa. There are 2 bedrooms and 2 sofa beds in the living room; enough space for 6 persons in each villa. For groups of 6 - 12 persons, you are welcome to rent both villas at the same time. PAY ATTENTION: Please send us your request, even when dates look booked in the calendar. We have LAST MINUTE OPENINGS. You will feel as close to the nature as you can imagine, and we'll provide you with al necessary service to ensure you have undisturbed holidays!

Wonderful sunsets every nights. Nice lanscape with goats around the villa. Access not very easy but very typicall. Roberto is very kind ans very helpfull. I recommend this property.

Amazing views (the sunset is amazing and was one of the main reasons we booked the villa!), the villa is exactly as shown in the photos. The villa was clean. The property manager was great with the communication and made checking in and out very easy! Pros: air conditioning worked very well, sunset views, quiet (sooo incredibly quiet!), close to the western beaches, walkable to restaurants, plenty of room.Improvements: could benefit from repainting the pool as the paint has peeled from the floor, new garden furniture (although the sun umbrella is clearly new and great!), few more items in the kitchen (extra chopping boards, plastic glasses for around the pool) would have been great. You do need a car (ideally a SUV / 4x4 type car due to the unmade road up to the villa). All in all it was exactly what we expected for the price and we would stay there again.

Wir waren enttäuscht. Die Gartenmöbel aus geflochtenen Bast oder Plastik wären bei mir seit mind. 20 Jahren auf dem Müll gelandet. Der Pool war auf Beton gestrichenen Kunstoffmaterial gestrichen worden und löste sich an 20 bis 30 Stellen vom Beton ab. Sah nicht schön aus. Der Garten wurde sehr lieblos behandelt. Zum Waschmaschinenraum musste man die Pflanzen weghalten um durch zu kommen. Die Einrichtung innen war sehr sauber aber durch das Alter sah alles sehr abgewohnt aus. Auflagen fr die Liegen gab es auch nicht. Die Aussicht wiederum war Spektakulär. Ringsherum in jeder Taverne sehr lecker Essen und alle sehr freundlich.

Eine absolute Top-Empfehlung. Tolles voll ausgestattetes Haus mit perfekter Aufteilung für 4 Personen. Sehr schöner Infinity-Pool mit täglichem Sonnenuntergang. Super ruhig, 1a Privatsphäre, Blick rundum ins Grüne und zum Meer. Die rumpelige Anfahrt gehört zum Gesamtbild. 7 verschiedene Tavernen in wenigen Minuten erreichbar

Schöner Urlaub mit kleinen Minuspunkten

Das Haus liegt wunderschön Mitten in der Natur u hat einen tollen Pool. Leider sind wir bei Regen angereist und es war viel zu kalt für griechische Verhältnisse. Zum Glück hatten wir vorgesorgt u warme Decken dabei, denn die Klimaanlage hat lange gebraucht, bis es einigermaßen warm wurde. Es ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet, allerdings war die Küche nur mit dem Allernötigsten ausgestattet, so dass wir des Öfteren improvisieren mussten. Unser Vermieter war sehr nett u trotz einiger Minuspunkte war es schöner Urlaub.

Toller Außenbereich mit traumhaften Ausblick auf das Meer !!

Generell sehr schön und wie beschrieben. Aussicht, Lage und Panorama sind top. Die Zufahrt ist trotz einiger Maßnahmen ( nach griechischer Art) immer noch sehr verbesserungswürdig. Die Einrichtung ist zweckmäßig, die Küche ausbaufähig. Der Kontakt mit Roberto ( der Vermieter) war sehr gut. Ein sehr schöner Urlaub auf einer noch ursprünglichen Insel.

Ruhige und schöne Lage, für Leute die absolute Entschleunigung suchen.

Generell sehr schön und wie beschrieben. Aussicht, Lage und Panorama sind top, die Zufahrt ist etwas abenteuerlich und der Pool könnte mal saniert/ gestrichen werden. Guter Service vor Ort und alle drei Tage Handtuch und Bettenwechsel waren auch sehr gut!

Peaceful vacation!

Great vacation. Roberto was very friendly, responsive and helpful in everything we asked for. The property has everything I expected and it offered great escape for my family! Private, spacious and clean

Located in pretty Athani village, which has a few nice restaurants and a small market that is open late. To get to this 2 bedroom house, you need to drive ~300 metres down an unpaved, somewhat rocky narrow road. Once you arrive, a gorgeous view greets you! The house is very clean and beds were comfortable. With 2 daybeds, it fits 6 people. You do need to bring all toiletries as well as kitchen basics (S&P, spices) though.

Stunning location

Overall a wonderful experience. Everything worked, the location and view are outstanding - it's worth coming for the sunsets alone. Being critical, some elements of the villa are tired, specifically the kitchen and it's contents. The beds are very firm and perhaps not to everyone's liking. But these are minor gripes. The pool, the local tavernas, the beaches (if you are a confident driver!), proximity to Vass if you are a windsurfer, are all reasons to come here. It's peaceful (apart from local dogs barking from time to time), it's relaxing and it's worth every penny. I'd recommend Harmony Villa to any family with non-toddlers (there's no protection around the pool) looking for a Greek island get away.

Schönes Haus auf schöner Insel

Das Haus liegt gut - ruhig, aber mit dem Auto ist alles gut zu erreichen. Von Pool und Terrasse gibt es einen wunderschönen Blick auf das Meer. Roberto kümmert sich sehr gut um alles und ist sehr hilfsbereit. Wir haben die 14 Tage sehr genossen.

Völlige Ruhe, Terrasse mit Blick aufs Meer und tollen Sonnenuntergängen

Das Haus liegt 15 min zu Fuß vom Ort (Tavernen, Mini-Market) in völliger Ruhe. Die Wanderung runter zum einsamen Strand (Imbiss mit Ouzo, Wein etc.) ist eine traumhafte, sehr lohnende Balkonwanderung auf den Serpentinen der ziemlich abenteuerlichen Strasse (ca. 1,5 h). Aber eigentlich will man von der Terrasse samt Pool gar nicht mehr weg, es ist wirklich sehr schön!

Wonderful Holidays at the Villa Harmony!

It was a perfect week. Roberto was there to give us a warm welcome and he organised for my husband a mountainbike.So great! The Villa is lovely, very clean and everything there you need. Super Blick - Toller Ort

Wir waren zu viert 2 Wochen in diesem Tophaus. Alles sehr gepflegt. Die Aussicht ist einfach genial. Der kleine Ort Athani ist sehr gemütlich (absolut kein Massentourismus). Super Strände in der Nähe (allerdings ist ein Auto Pflicht). Besonderes Lob verdient Roberto, der immer zu erreichen war, wenn man mal Fragen hatte. Beim nächsten Lefkasurlaub ist diese Haus wieder Pflicht.

Ein wunderschönes Plätzchen!

Nach abenteuerlicher Anfahrt durch die Olivenhaine findet man ein traumhaftes Plätzchen vor. Tagsüber ein weiter Blick über das Ionische Meer und am Abend spektakuläre Sonnenuntergänge auf einer der 2 Terrassen, am oder im Pool. Genau so kann man sich einen ruhigen und etwas abgeschiedenen Urlaub gönnen. Bei Problemen der kleineren oder größeren Art (ohne Schlüssel ausgesperrt oder WLAN-Router defekt) ist der Vermieter Roberto schnell und hilfsbereit zur Stelle. Die Taverne Panorama im Ort wurde auch schon mehrfach erwähnt und ist eben auch erwähnenswert, wie wir bei der Angelegenheit mit dem Schlüssel feststellen konnten - hilfsbereit, sehr freundlich und natürlich auch gutes griechisches Essen. Am besten kann man vielleicht alles so zusammenfassen: Haus und Umgebung zum rundherum Wohlfühlen und fantastische Strände zum Baden und Verweilen.

Our best vacations ever!

We spent nine days here at villa Horizont as a family of four. We had a marvellous time and really enjoyed the breathtaking view (I can not even describe how superb it was), the lovely rooms and the pool area. House is very private and have everything you need (wi fi, microwave, coffee machine, iron, washer. A really attentive, friendly, property manager - Roberto was very helpful in all things. Excellent property, top class location (few minutes by car to the best beaches) Hope to be back!

I was born in Athens and lived there until I decided to change my way of life and moved to Lefkada with my wife and our three kids, in 2010. There, we took over the management of our property, Harmony and Horizon Villas. We own a Pet Shop in the city of Lefkada called "Hello Pets", and of course we love animals, that's why pets are welcome in the villas. During the rental period, I am always at the visitors' disposal to assist and to offer the most relaxing holidays possible.

Why they chose this property

The southwest area of Lefkada is the location of the most beautiful beaches of the island. All tourists will inevitably visit this part of Lefkada. However, only a few villas are located in that area, that's why we chose to buy land and build the Harmony and Horizon Villas. So, the best beaches are only a few minutes away and the evenings in Athani are lively in the local taverns, till late at night.

What makes this property unique

The view of the sunset is unique. I especially enjoy to watch the boats passing by during a relaxing afternoon.
