Perfect!

We loved this house so much! We walked to breakfast at Sears Landing, a short drive to the beach and the dock/pier was so peaceful. This older property is truly a treasure! Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!!!

Just normal feedback

Property was great for us. Had to find work arounds for TV, heat etc during our rain out/cold day on day 2 of 3. Just a suggestion but maybe directions for others that do not understand work arounds with electronics. Also, sponges and dish towels would have been great. Minimal input here, location and view was absurdly great. Grew up on the south end as vacationing child and my wife's birthday surprise weekend was just that. Thanks again ya'll.

Great start to 2024

We had a wonderful time in Surf City with our pups. The accommodations were as described and everything was neat and clean. Our dogs loved the yard. We highly recommend.

Nice place

Loved the cottage, backyard and dock! The dogs enjoyed the entire location. The only negatives (and only meant for constructive improvements) were the entry door. Pls secure the bottom of the blinds as door swings open. No life jackets for the kayaks and paddleboards. A railing on the dock facing the water would have been helpful for fishing. Otherwise, perfect for a getaway for a couple.

Home away from home on the water

My wife and I loved the house, view, and convenient location of this property. The fenced in yard gave us peace of mind to let our dogs play without worry. The property managers gave awesome recommendations for the local restaurants and entertainment. Would definitely recommend to others.
