This place was exactly as advertised and my family and I enjoyed our stay. Jay was a wonderful host and we hope to stay here again in the future.

Thank you Erik for staying in my condo and I'm glad that you enjoyed your stay. It was a pleasure having you as a guest and you and your family are welcome back anytime. - Jay
We really enjoyed staying so close to the mountain and the amenities that this property offered. The property was exactly as described and fit our family needs perfectly. The owner was very thorough and the check-in / check-out process was extremely easy. We also enjoyed the area and the many choice of great food in town. Especially the Sushi Yoshi Restaurant. We will be back next year to enjoy The Beast of the East.
The owner of this property was outstanding throughout the whole process. He kept us well informed of what to expect before arriving and checked in to make sure everything was as we expected. The property was clean, well maintained, had everything necessary for our family. We were able to cook several meals with everything the property owner provided. The location is perfect and the shuttle service was great. Would absolutely recommend this property to families traveling to the area.
Great condo, but water at condo complex is really bad
The condo itself was very comfortable and well maintained and thoughtfully decorated. However the tap water for the building tastes terrible. For cooking, we would boil the water beforehand. And for drinking, we went out and bought gallons of water. Obviously the water quality is not in the owner's control, but it is an important thing to be mentioned. Also, out of the owner's control, the complex's pool and hot tub were out of service. The fireplaces in the condos were also unusable because the complex had fire code problems. With all that said the condo itself and location are wonderful. Unfortunately, the complex it belongs to seems neglected.

Thank you Philip for your review and I pride myself on making sure that my condo is as close to having your own vacation home as I can. Even though we recently spent over $600,000 for a new water filtration building at the resort, it is still mountain water with minerals from the soil that is being piped into the condos. It does have it's own unique taste and there is not much we can do about that unless the city runs water lines to the mountain which I don't expect anytime soon. That is why I leave a filtration water jug in the refrigerator for my guests to use but bottled water is the way to go. Regarding the age of the complex and work that needs to be done, the board just approved a major multi million dollar refurbishing of the entire resort over the next 3 years which should bring it up to almost new condition. In addition the pool hot tub area is currently being refurbished and should be back available for next ski season in the fall of 2022. The outdoor pool is still scheduled to be open in full this summer. Thank you for being a wonderful guest and taking good care of the condo, I welcome you back any time. - Jay
Anytime we stay at Mountain Green for events or just to vacate we absolutely enjoy the convenience of being so close to the Resort. This 2 Bedroom unit had everything we needed, glad we were able to book it on a shorter notice than usual.
Everything we needed to enjoy a nice spring getaway with a winter feel.
The weather was a bit erratic with a lot rain, sun and snow, which made the mountains really icy , but Killington is awesome. The resort and the area had a lot to offer so we really enjoyed our entire week!
The apartment was perfect. Super cozy and had everything we needed.
Jules was extremely responsive and quickly responded to my questions. The unit was stocked with coffee for anyone to use and was very clean and exactly as advertised. I mistakenly left an item in the unit and he quickly called to let me know and offered to ship it if I had left the area. Great property manager.
Lovely condo, very convenient to the slopes, superb value for money, brilliant communications from the owner including an excellent guide to the local bars and restaurants. Owner was extremely helpful about the fact that the stay was cut short due to corona virus. I am planning on returning next year.
Super convenient location to Killington and the kids ski school. The owner is super helpful and the condo is fully equipped. Provides of ton of insight on the area. We would definitely stay there again.

Absolutely perfect.
Five of us stayed here for the weekend of the Superbowl, and it was an absolute blast. There is no checking in; all you need is the code supplied by Jules (the owner) and you walk in with no fuss. Once you are in you will see the place is in immaculate condition. Everything works, and well at that.
The location is prime for skiing and nightlife and the parking is free, easy, and convenient.
Jules is very easy to work with and he is legitimately invested in making sure you have what you need.
I fully recommend staying here.

COZY CONDO CLOSE TO MOUNTAIN
Stayed here for a long weekend. This condo was very nice. Very Clean and stocked well. Loved that there was lots of towels, blankets and pillows. Loved the fireplace too. Furniture and beds were comfortable. It's very close to the mountain. Shuttle to lodge was close and on time. Condo is close to many restaurants. Owner is easy to deal with and responds quickly to any questions or needs you may have. Would definitely stay here again.....

Top quality ski condo!
Location to the mountain is key to any good ski vacation. The condo I rented at Mountain Green was perfect. Walk out the front door to the parking lot and a bus picks you up with a two minute drive to the slopes. We had some questions about the condo and they were answered quickly by the owner, Jules Goodman, he was also able to provided insight of what places to visit when we weren't skiing. The interior of the condo was very clean and neat. Furniture was in prime condition, including a couch to sit by the fireplace with a glass of wine when the day is done. We sometimes went out to eat, but it wasn't necessary because of the fully equipped kitchen. I don't know if it was long days on the slopes or a very comfortable bed, whatever the reason we had good night’s sleep every night. My only worry is if I can get the same place when we go up to see the changing of the season in October.

Perfect location!
Our stay at the Mt. Green condo was wonderful! Jules, the owner, was great to work with. The condo is truly walking distance to the Snowshed lift, but the condo shuttle makes the 10 minute walk a 2 minute ride. Everything you need for a 'home-away-from-home' vacation is available in the condo. The furniture was comfortable and homey. We would definitely rent this condo again!

Marvelous summer vacation location!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Bud's clean, comfortable, well-cared for condo. The resort is not busy in the summer (and therefore quiet), which was great! The place had all necessary amenities, and Bud was always helpful and accommodating. He responded to all questions quickly - and in a very helpful way. He also offered some useful suggestions for places to visit, restaurants to try, etc.
I would definitely love to stay again!

Perfect for us
Thanks to Bud, we had a wonderful first experience with Killington. His condo suited us very well, and it was clean and comfortable: it was also quick and easy to get to and from the lifts. Bud did a great job communicating and made "accomodations" the easiest part of our trip.

Excellent Choice
We made a pretty last minute decision to go to Killington and were lucky to find an opening at Bud's condo. Bud was a pleasure to work with. He responded very quickly and provided helpful info about the area. The ski lockers are a real bonus. Also, when the weather/roads got bad, it was VERY convenient to have several dining choices that were within easy walking distance, including Ovations in the Grand Hotel across the street (the kitchen was slow but we weren't in a hurry). The condo was clean, housekeeping provided clean towels midway, and the pictures give an accurate representation. We enjoyed the hot tub/sauna/steam room after skiing (they're located in the next building--just a quick walk across the parking lot and through the parking lot of the main building).

Early March 2012 Long Weekend
The long weekend trip was fantastic. Everyone enjoyed themselves. 10 inches of new snow upon arrival was a great way to start the weekend. Could not have asked for better skiing/boarding. Saturday's sunny weather was a bonus considering the forecast called for rain/freezing rain all day.
We had two first timers to Killington and they went home extremely pleased. All our VT ski trips were by bus and the ride seemed sooo long. The drive was surprisingly enjoyable.
Next year's plans are already in discussion.
The accommodations were awesome. Very comfortable and spacious enough for 5 adults. We ordered in pizza (Pizza Jerks) on Saturday just so we could build a fire (free firewood) after using the Spa facilities. Top notch.
Having shuttle service was a huge plus. Any type of cuisine or nightlife you would want is a short free shuttle ride away. See Matt at Charity's. You can also call the Outback Pizza shuttle, for $2.00/person, you can be dropped off anywhere along Killington Road.
The shuttle to the Snowshed lodge picks up/drops off just a short walk from your door. The outdoor ski lockers are located right at the shuttle stop. No need to carry skis/snowboards to the condo. My truck was not moved until Sunday morning for the ride home.
Lesson learned on day two, as we booted up in the condo. We kept our boot bags back at the condo. Take a small bag for shoes if you don't want to keep your boots on as you have after ski refreshments at the Long Trail Pub located on the 2nd floor of the Snowshed Lodge. Snowshed Lodge had free all day bag check on Friday and Saturday. For a $2.00 all day fee you can safely check in your skis/boards at the on slope corral as you take breaks in the Lodge. Tip the guy and he'll remember you for the entire weekend. Slight warning, the corral is next to The Waffle Hut. The aroma of fresh waffles conquers the willpower of all.
The entire Condo staff was very friendly and very helpful as we had a small issue on Saturday morning with the shower head needing replacement. That was taken care of by the time we returned from the mountain on Saturday afternoon. No inconvenience at all.
There is an onsite restaurant. I recommend the wings and loaded baked potato.
Check out the ski shop.
Bud stayed in touch from the time I booked the condo in June 2011 until March 2012 (where he tried to sell my unused lift tickets). Talk about going beyond great customer relations.
Thank You Bud!
