Great cabin for the whole family, brought our young children and dog. Quiet paved road right near some dirt roads for walking. It's certainly a kid friendly cabin as it's not overly decorated or filled with breakables, however, I do recommend bringing toys and entertainment items for children.
The Cabin was extremely cozy and comfortable!! It fit my family perfectly. We had everything we needed. It’s a beautiful area. It’s close enough to Main St to enjoy everything it has to offer but also tucked away enough from the hustle and bustle that’s it’s very quite.
Great location with easy access. Plenty of parking for multiple cars. The cabin was as described. It was clean, well appointed with comfortable furniture and beds. It was so lovely to have it so quiet at night! The kitchen was well appointed with excellent appliances and every comfort item you could think of. We did cook some and were happy with the quality and quantity of kitchen items. The bathroom is nicely updated and very nicely stocked. Plenty of hot water. We enjoyed the peace and quiet of this location. We heard loons and owls at night while sitting out my the fire. They are dog friendly too! We really enjoyed our stay and would most definitely return.
Cozy and just as advertised, this cabin was perfect for our trip. The screened in porch was great at night to hear the loons and was helpful with the dog. The cabin has everything you need, the hosts have thought of every detail. I would highly recommend to anyone visiting Rangeley! We really enjoyed ourselves!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this cabin. It was very clean, warm, and comfortable. Sleeping arrangements worked well for us. The location to everything, Rangeley, Oquossoc, etc. was great. We loved the outdoor fire pit and the screened porch was so comfortable. The cabin is equipped with everything you need. We met a few of the neighbors and they were very friendly. The only downside was the access to the pond itself. It’s down the road and was a boat launch area. It wasn’t an issue for us. We would definitely stay there again.
The cabin was in a very convenient location and exactly what we needed. Pictures don’t really do it justice. Host was super easy to work with and very accommodating.
This cabin was exactly as described. It was very cozy and comfortable. It was clean and had everything we needed. We enjoyed the screened porch and the fire pit. We were able to make meals in the kitchen and we also had steaks on the grill one night. The icing on the cake for my husband was the square ice cubes in the freezer for his bourbon. We have highly recommend it for a quiet getaway.
Beautiful, cozy cabin just a few miles from downtown Rangeley. My BFF and I unwound, drank in the beautiful fall scenery, played card games, (thoughtfully provided by the hosts) cooked, and enjoyed the porch and comfortable beds. Would stay here again!
Really nice cabin very clean everything we needed Plenty of parking for truck and boat close to lakes stores restaurants but far enough away for a quiet getaway
Great location - easy drive to restaurants, hiking trails, grocery store, etc. Quiet, clean, well-stocked. Our host was responsive when we needed assistance and helpful with hiking suggestions. We especially enjoyed the screen porch. Our dog enjoyed it too!
The perfect little getaway for my family. The location was great, not right in town but a short drive to everything we wanted to do. The cabin is well kept and clean, and the kitchen was stocked with anything you may need. Definitely recommend!
We had another great stay! The house is so inviting and has everything i needed, even when on a rainy day I decided to make a bolognese. The kitchen has all the acoutrements you may possibly need. I also brought the dog this time and he was as comfortable as I was. We will book again.
Cabin was very comfy. We had a great stay. We have traveled and fished Rangeley for 30 years, so we know the area very well. This camp is in a great area. Lots of fish at Upper Dam
Weather was unusually poor but very much enjoyed my stay this very comfortable, clean and well-appointed cabin. When not able to enjoy outdoor activities, spending enjoyable time indoors becomes important. I cooked food , ate well and just relaxed watching some favorite shows on TV. As is usually the case, time passes too fast when having a good time.
Second stay, still perfectly cozy and comfortable.
This cabin had everything our family of four needed for a fun and relaxing ski getaway. This was our second time renting the cabin and it was great. The kitchen is well appointed, the bedrooms are spacious, the beds and sofas are comfortable, and the location is excellent.
We had a great stay! The road had almost no traffic making it perfect for a morning or afternoon run. The cabin itself was well equipped and very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed for meal preparation and more! Hot water was “on-demand’ and filtered water was in the fridge. The screened in front porch was delightful.
From the moment we walked in we felt right at home. It was completely clean and decorated beautifully. The owners have stocked the house with everything you could possibly need and then some. It was just two of us but it would have been comfortable for quite a few more. I especially loved the slightly larger tub which was perfect for a relaxing soak. And the location was great because it felt like a private escape but was close to everything we wanted to do and see. The owners were communicative and incredibly thoughtful. An absolutely wonderful stay!
