The space
This sprawling apartment includes 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Two of the bedrooms are equally sized, both equipped with very comfortable Queen-sized beds. The large kitchen allows for guests to feel comfortable while cooking meals and enjoy their cooking on the large island in the middle! Plenty of room to relax and unwind in the centrally located living room!

Great location! We had a concert at Thompson's Point and we loved that we could walk there so easily. Host was super responsive and nice, and the place was clean. Would definitely stay again!

This was the perfect location for a girls' trip up to Portland and a concert at Thompson's Point! Check in was super easy and the apartment was spotless. Check in instructions were clear and easy to follow, all amenities and appliances were present and functional, furniture and beds were comfy, nice and quiet at night. We walked from the apartment to Thompson's Point and this is definitely the move - no worries about traffic or parking! We usually attend a couple concerts a year in Portland and will look to stay here again in the future!

This place is fine, but you should set expectations based on what you want. If you want a nice place in Portland to relax, this is probably not ideal. If you are on a guys trip and just need a place to rest each night, this works well. The building is very old and run down. The building is not in a great part of town, but is reasonably close to more desirable areas and is walking distance if you want to go to a Sea Dogs game. Overall, our stay was fine, but I would not recommend this to a family with younger kids.

My wife, Sara, and I moved back to Portland a few years ago after spending several years in the Greater Boston area. I grew up in Maine, just outside of Portland, and we always knew that we wanted to return to the great state of Maine. We love everything about Portland and decided to make it our home. The city has so much to offer its residents and visitors; and that is the primary reason we decided to become VRBO hosts. We want our guests to have a comfortable and enjoyable place to stay while they visit the city we love. We certainly have our favorite restaurants, activities, breweries, and shops - and we cannot wait for you to find your own! Portland has so much to offer; it's the perfect weekend or extended getaway!

Why they chose this property

Our home is located right outside downtown Portland. We are located roughly five minutes from the Portland Jetport and directly off of the major routes into the city. Thompson's Point, Portland's premiere outdoor concert venue, is located a mere .5 miles away from our front door.

We want all of our guests to feel comfortable during their stay and will respect your space. However, we are always available should you have any questions during your stay!
