This property was very clean. We appreciated the beautiful back yard by the water and the very comfortable bed. Next time we stay we will not plan to visit "Unclaimed Baggage" on a Saturday. It was very crowded!
Very comfortable stay. Enjoyed being on the lake, and being able to bring our dog. Suggest adding the bathtub and grill to the amenities listing, both of which we enjoyed. Also liked the nice cooking pots and knife set.
Nice location, close to Goosepond boat launch. Very clean house, looked recently updated throughout and beds were very comfortable. Plenty of space with nice outdoor area. Driveway is a little tight for a 2500 crew cab truck and 22ft boat, but after a couple of times in and out, didn't have any issues. Would highly recommend.
This property is a hidden gem. It is a great place to stay if you want to wake up and see ducks on the pond every morning while you get your morning started right with a cup of coffee. The property has everything you need to do some home cooking and is within a 10 minute drive to many places to eat. If you want to live the lake life without the traffic this is your spot.
Everything was good but ac unit would not cut off and was not cool. The filter was filthy. The back porch needs pressure washing. It had mold and the vines needed to be cut back.
We were a family of 9. Cleanliness of house was good, appliances were great. Sparsely furnished - needed to have a bit more sitting available to watch T.V. Master bedroom and bath were great. Needed to have a table or two in the other bedrooms to put things on. Maybe some hooks in bathroom to hang towels on would be great.Should be advertised to accommodate 6-8 people instead of ten. We enjoyed our stay but it was a bit tight quarters for all of us. Sean was a great host.
This is a brand new listing and alot of nice updates have been done.
The biggest problem was trying to cook, the breaker kept tripping: this is an easy fix though. New appliances but the refrigerator didn’t have an ice maker. A few more kitchen items would be a plus.
Small bathrooms were not a problem.
Good mattresses and linens.
House was clean. A large open backyard and chairs to sit at the water was really nice (not boat accessible as advertised).
Location is great for fisherman.
