Lovely house, perfect for our needs

We were visiting and working at the Sea Otter Classic at Laguna Seca Raceway. The house was perfect, spacious, peaceful and lovely to come home to each day. The neighbourhood was very nice too. Also only a short drive/ride from restaurants in Seaside and Monterey. Perfect!

Large family vacation

Absolutely Amazing

What an amazing property!! Beautiful, spacious and exactly as described. Everything you could possibly need is right there. From a high chair to a little something extra left for us from the hosts. Aggie was extremely attentive and responsive. We were in town for a wedding, but should the opportunity arise, we would definitely come back to this house!

Felt like an upgraded home w room for in laws, great grandma, very littles, singles, late nighters, huge dinners, lovely breakfasts, conversation, laughter, laundry & even some sleep. Wonderful bathrooms, best furnished kitchen ever. If every house was like this, and I've stayed in some really good ones - amazing

Great Wine trip w/friends

We have a group of 4 couples that meet several times a year for a long wine weekend. Monterey was the destination this year and this house worked great for our group. 4 bedrooms/ 3 baths is hard to find but the house met all of our needs. Spacious kitchen w/ everything we needed for breakfast scrambles in the am before we headed out. Plenty of room to kick back in the evening and review the day. Jack n Jill bathroom is a bit tight but worked out. Master suite is amazing with plenty of room for a dance party and its own portable heater to take the chill off. Highly recommend and we will def stay again when in the area.

Great stay!!

Wonderful home for all ages. Well stocked kitchen, plenty of games, pool and ping pong tables, roomy and in a great location. The park down the street was a nice surprise- the kids loved it. Would definitely stay there again!

The home was great. We had a wondeful time w so much relaxing spacious home. Local shopping close by for any last minute forgotten items and or food. Aggie was in close communications before checking in which was helpful.

Everything you want in a vacation rental

This was one of the best, well thought out rental I’ve been to in a while. We were traveling with older adults who needed a first floor room and an attached bathroom and this house provided exactly that. The moment we walked in, we could tell it was thoroughly cleaned and well maintained. It felt like home. The communal space is cozy and large enough for family/friends to commune together, the kitchen was very well stocked with equipment/kitchen towels/pot and pans, the rec room was so much fun to use when we got rained out (it’s located in the garage/far enough from the house that the sound didn’t bother any napping children). We were worried about the airport being so close and the noise bothering us, but the sound levels never once caused any issue. It was in a wonderful location, close to everything. Making traveling back and forth for my toddler’s nap such a breeze. Overall wonderful stay and will likely rent again if ever back in Monterey. Thanks Kurt and Aggie, you guys were wonderful hosts!

Lovely place to stay. The master bedroom (AND BATHROOM) are phenomenal. Plenty of room for the family to lounge and have a great time. 10 min to the aquarium, race track, and 15 min to Carmel. Would visit again.
