Inaccurate listing, creepy guy walking property

Our trip started with a bad check-in. The code didn't work and we waited outside in the cold rain with little kids for over 30 minutes to get in. The house had pictures of a grill but no required charcoal. Picture of fireplace but unable to use. The house is listed to sleep 14 but only had 9 forks, 12 plates etc. WORST PART... a guy (pretty sure the owner) walked around the property front and back while "spraying" weeds. We were not told this was going to happen and he peered into the windows more than he sprayed. Missing: Dish rags; Salt and Pepper; charcoal; dish scrubber; adequate dishes and silverware; extra blankets and towels. Hot water heater was very loud! Uncomfortable old mattresses. Positive: very clean, mostly updated.
