About this property

Off the Hook-Pet friendly & fully fenced grass area! Pool & Golf Cart Accessible

Family and Pet friendly environment for your beach vacation, right in the heart of everything! There is a gas grill on a private deck that overlooks a pond full of turtles for those beautiful coastal evenings and a private fenced side yard for the kids to play, if you can get them out of the pool!! Fully fenced grass yard! This property is in walking distance to just about everything!! Walk to the grocery store, golf cart rentals, candy store, liquor store, souvenir shops, restaurants and only 5 minute walk to the beach!
Master bedroom has a king bed with private bath, second bedroom has a queen bed with private bath. TV's in both bedroom with cable, Netflix and Roku. The kids' room has 2 sets of bunk beds to sleep 4 kids. The living room has two sofas, the back porch has a table and chairs for six along with a gas grill for relaxing on the deck and exterior security cameras for your safety.
Guest access-The whole house is yours... except for the garage.
Other things to note Pet fee is per pet. Max pets are 2 small pets.
Strict No Party policy will be enforced. No loud music or noise after 10:00 p.m

we enjoyed our stay. The house is in pretty decent shape. There were a few issues, one of the toilets didn't work and the Internet didn't work. the owner was very communicative and came over to remedy the toilet situation. the Internet never did work.

Overall the house was ok. The sheets were not very clean at all in the master bedroom, the pots and pans provided were rusted and could use an upgrade. The dishwasher still had dishes from the prior guest in it. The list goes on. Was not the worst place but not the best. The location was good though and the community pool was nice.

The worst stay we’ve ever had using Vrbo. Ac didn’t work well. Tried to wash clothes and the dryer wouldn’t work. No one ever came to fix it. Mowers coming to mow outside at 7 am while we are trying to sleep.

Disappointed

Overall, we were disappointed with this property. When we first arrived and entered the house, there was an immediate smell of mold and mildew. This was because there was actual mold on the walls, in cabinets, etc… throughout the house. The house was not cleaned before we arrived. There was insulation that had fallen from the water damaged ceiling that was on the floor that I had to sweep up. Also, there was mud on the floor and couch. We couldn’t use the outdoor deck area because it was covered in bird and duck poop. The cushions and tables were not usable. This house needs a lot of repair before it should be rented out to anyone.
