About this property
Charming Casita in Historic Phoenix Neighborhood
Enjoy some relaxation in this updated guesthouse. Quiet neighborhood, centrally located in Phoenix. Located in central Phoenix near the Biltmore Area with many stores and parks nearby. There are many hiking trails in the area. Downtown is only 6 minutes away.
The space
This charming guest house has parking, it's own entrance, a kitchenette, and a private patio area. While the casita can accommodate three people, if you plan to have three adults please let us know beforehand so we can provide extra bedding. We also do have an air mattress available upon request if needed.
Guest access
The casita has a private entrance at the top of the driveway, to the right of the main house. The driveway and carport are saved for guests. The green door at the top of the driveway is the private casita entrance.
