The middle floor features the beautiful oceanfront living room, with breathtaking views of the Atlantic, comfortable furniture, and a flat-screen television. From here step out onto a large oceanfront deck where you can enjoy the sounds of the waves as you soak in the sun. Back inside, enjoy the renovated and fully-equipped kitchen perfect for preparing gourmet meals or enjoying casual family dinners, and the open floor plan ensures that everyone can be a part of the conversation. The kitchen is also slightly elevated so that the chef in the family can enjoy an ocean view. The dining room has seating for twelve with two additional seats at the bar.
