Great accommodations. Tons of room, all the mattresses were very comfortable. House was kept cool and comfortable and rooms had fans if no AC was available.

Great home base for local visiting

Jacob and Miranda’s place was a great place for my family and I to use as a home base while visiting family in the area. The place was clean and conveniently located in a nice little neighborhood. They were quick to respond to my questions and check in and check out were easy. Highly recommend staying here.

The house is beautiful in a quiet neighborhood. Close enough to everything that it's not a chore to get anywhere, but far enough away that you're away from all the bustle. My husband, son, and I stayed a week and wished we could have stayed another!

Brewer/Bangor

Great spot and location to Bangor to enjoy shows at the Maine Savings Amphitheatre-enjoying the many spots for eats and treats and shopping or a little gambling in and around the Bangor area. Home is in need of some simple updates such as screens in windows and home essential necessities for cooking, clean up and bathing. Beds are comfortable as is the sofa for evening relaxation. The large dining table and benches are great for big meals and playing an evening game.

Thanks for your feedback, Stephanie! This is our first summer with the property, and we did not realize the screens were in need of some TLC. We’ve now replaced all of them, so that will not be a concern moving forward. As for the kitchenware, apologies for the oversight not having a can opener. We have one there now in addition to more frying pans. We do encourage guests to closely review our list of amenities. After your stay, we did add bath supplies for both men and women, but we will not be adding that as a listed an amenity— rather a nice bonus if it’s there 🙂 Thanks for staying with us!

Waterfront Concert Weekend

Was able to check in early and have a couple hours to relax before the concert . The hosts answered messages immediately . The house was very spacious with air conditioning in the majority of the rooms which was great for summer . Beds were comfortable . Walking distance to the concert venue and restaurants. Cheap Uber rides as well. Would go back again. The street was quiet too. Nice big porch with couches looking into the street and a back deck
