Quiet area. Loved gated parking. Neigbors are awake at night times but sidnt bother us. Perfect stay for what we needed.

looks are deceiving

not what it appears to be. looks like the complex it is in is a haven for crack heads. i was there for 10 minutes and couldn't talk myself in to staying there.

Very good rental.

Stayed here with a large family for a soccer tournament. Was nice to have the blow up mattresses for extra sleeping arrangements. Kitchen was well stocked and clean. Close to the strip, shopping, etc. Check in was easy and owner was easy to communicate with. A little noisy but to be expected when your in a city apartment. Everything was as advertised, and for the price a definite “stay again” for us.

Very dirty!

The only plus I can say about this place is that there is gated parking, but half the time we woke up to the gate stuck open. When we initially walked in we were met by a horrid smell. We had to air it out, but noticed it happened every time we came back. Host did send cleaning lady but it was awkward and not helpful. The floors were covered in all sorts of debris. We wouldn’t take our shoes off. Only two rolls of toilet paper in there for four people. We went and bought our own. Showers were dirty. Laundry smelt clean at least. Couch is so small it barely fits two average size people. Sticky floor, sticky counter. Beds are so uncomfortable. Hole in bathroom wall. Toilets continue to run after flushing. Super loud with street noise and neighbors. You can hear every step of the people above. Host says absolutely no early check in. Asked me for our eta and I said we are in town killing time til check in… she responded “okay, great” and an hour later sent another text that said “just reminding you that check in at 5”. Not sure why she was so adamant as I never asked to come early and it looked like it hadn’t been clean for several visits. I would never recommended staying here.

I would have given 5 stars overall but the comforters in one of the rooms shiwed that the linen had not been cleaned. After seeing this, one guest in my party was thrown
