Another wonderful 5 nights at the bay house, house is so beautiful and views of the bay from everywhere in the house, from the beautiful sunrises and sunsets to fishing on the dock, everything you need is right there, Shannon is a wonderful host and is always there when needed to answer questions, we will be back for a 3rd time!

Very relaxing and enjoyed hearing the calming sounds of the water on the Ware River from the screened in porch in the rocking chairs. Just what was needed to unwind. Area was quiet and people are friendly.

We enjoyed our weekend away! The upstairs AC went out right before our stay, but the owner communicated clearly and offered alternatives. We had a little issue with gnats, but I know that is common and difficult to manage near water. Otherwise, everything was beautiful and the house was amazing. We kept dreaming and wishing this was our forever home.

The house is super clean, the location cannot be beat. We had a wonderful week there. Unfortunately we were there in really warm, humid weather so we could not enjoy the outside ameneties as much as we would have liked but the house more than made up for that. Stunning views all around sunrise, sunsets, the sounds of the lapping waves. We would love to come back sometime when the weather is a little cooler.

Lovely home on the water

My 2 sisters and I stayed for 4 nights. Beds were so comfortable, and we had everything we needed to make our stay a memorable one. Nice places to sit outside, and a long dock with benches made for great photos. We would definitely stay here again.

Another great stay at the Cottage!

Everything was great- from the comfortable furniture to the fully equipped kitchen (including the brand new refrigerator!) to the spectacular water views from every room. It is a delight to stay in this cottage and we look forward to returning!

Property was amazing. In a quiet spot, with beautiful views, just the right distance from other amenities. Property is in great shape for being right on the water. The only thing I would add is heed the owner's warning to wear water shoes in the water, lots of oyster shells in there.

Our favorite place to relax

This is our second stay here, and we love it so much! The house is super clean, fully stocked, and has all the essentials you might have forgotten at home! There is nothing more relaxing than sitting out in the hot tub overlooking the bay with a good book! We would recommend this house to anyone looking for a restful and relaxing getaway! We can’t wait to come back!

Shortly after at the age of 29, I decided to open my own brokerage, Southern Trade Realty (Oct. 2006 so you do the math to see how old I am now)! I quickly learned to combine my passion for designing, creating and decorating to another level. I started to invest in real estate at a very young age, and I am still very passionate about it. Why they chose this property

This area is where I personally grew up. I remember the days on the river at a very young age. I fished, crabbed, learned how to swim, relax, kayak, explore and I am still enjoying all of this today with my family and friends.

What makes this property unique

Pictures cannot even describe this property (many of our guests say this once they arrive). It is one of the most serene places to be. Listening to the waves crash up against the rocks at night, taking a nap in the hammock on a warm summer afternoon, to watching the Osprey on the river, there is not a better place to enjoy nature at it's best. It is all at your fingertips.
