About this space
The Panoramic Suite at Summit House is a modern, self-contained, fully off grid suite with sweeping views of the Saanich Inlet. Located within our timber-framed West-Coast style home, the suite features clean, contemporary design with a king bedroom, full bathroom, and a bright, open-plan living and dining area. Guests have their own private entrance, an outdoor seating area, and a BBQ for relaxed meals with unimpeded water views.
Summit House sits on a 200-acre forested property overlooking the Saanich Inlet and Todd Gowland National Park across the Inlet, with over a kilometre of natural shoreline, a seasonal waterfall, nature hikes and regular sightings of local wildlife, including bald eagles.
Just 20 minutes from Victoria or Mill Bay, the property is close to the Malahat Skywalk, island wineries, and other outdoor destinations. It’s also a convenient base for exploring the Cowichan Valley, or a short ferry ride to Sidney for a day trip to the world-famous Butchart Gardens.
Guest access
Guests have full private use of the cabin. The main house is nearby, and the owners are on site should any assistance be needed.
