Wonderful place for our family gathering! Great to have ROOM for everyone and every mini-group. Having kids of all ages, it's great to have a house to accommodate naps for babies as well as heavy duty board games, movies, and play. Just a wonderful house! And Lynette was wonderful!

Lynette was wonderful. Very communicative and accommodating. Her house was beautiful and fit our large family perfectly. The pool was great, basketball court, tennis, pickleball, game room, theater. Really wa a great weekend.

A clean, beautiful home, comfortable beds and bedding, a stunning view of Pineview reservoir and the surroundings, access to a swimming pool. Better than we could have imagined! We easily found everything we needed during our stay from a fly swatter, ruler, scissors, serving and baking dishes, swimming noodles, and two corn hole games. Our large group with children and adults loved every minute in this home

Beautiful views, plenty of room, great deck, games / entertainment for kids. Great neighborhood pool. Nice to have two refrigerators. Enjoyed the frequent tame deer sightings in the neighborhood. Would highly recommend.

The house is an absolute gem, especially for a large group with kids. There are so many spaces for the kids to run around and use their imaginations without bothering the adults. The house was spotless, well-maintained, and even had more amenities than we could have ever imagined. It’s conveniently located near multiple skiing resorts, so we could easily go skiing whenever we wanted. Overall, our guests and I had a fantastic time, even though the snow wasn’t ideal. The beautiful house made up for it!

Excellent home with all the rooms we needed for eight couples! A rare find!

We had perfect weather for early November to enjoy such a lovely setting! The view was forever and the indoor comforts were perfect! We appreciated the car charging option and the many toys which were perfect!

This location was great close to powder Mountain. We had a handful of teenagers and young adults with us for Christmas. Plenty of room beds were very comfortable.

Great Home

Rented to accommodate a group of friends during ski trip. The house was spacious and accommodating. It was very clean. It was convenient to both Nordic and powder Mountain. The view from the back porch was amazing. Thanks for having us.

The house was huge and there was so much room for our entire family to move around and enjoy. the game room was fun and the movie room was an extra bonus. Everything we needed was providedLove the deck, the barbecue, and the flat grill. The owner was so kind and helpful. The only suggestion we could make would be that the house be a little bit cleaner thank you so much Lynette for all you did to make our stay so much fun.
