The North side of this duplex feels private with a gameroom, hot tub & balconies off every door you'll be entertained no matter the weather. Complete with an elevator to every floor & outdoor shower. North Topsail provides a quiet vacation just miles away from both Surf City and North Topsail where you can go for dinner, shopping, and entertainment.
