Why they chose this property

This is a large comfy house that sits on over 5 acres of breathtaking mountain scenery. Even though the home is out in nature, we are still close to everything fun to do in Gardiner. We do have neighbors nearby so we ask that you respect quiet hours.

Our home has stunning views of the Shawangunk Mountains, specifically the Millbrook Ridge Trail. We are also close to local favorites like German styled restaurant Brau Haus, 5 minutes to Wildflower Farms, & much more!

NOTE: This house is very much immersed in nature. While rare, there is always the possibility of seeing wildlife- from a raccoon to a bear. Please be careful and cautious while outdoors.

This is a huge home with a cozy open concept layout. Built in 1976 and later remodeled, this house has:

• 4 bedrooms/8 beds (1 king, 1 queen, 2 twin bunk beds, 1 bunk bed w/ full + twin)
