Cute little place in older neighborhood with lots of local eats near you
Cute little place located in older downtown neighborhood. located near lots of great local eats, live music, and activities near you. Easy no hassle check-in. Can be a little noisy on Friday nights, but great location, just of S. Virginia close to casinos.
Enjoyed our stay and look forward to keeping this on our short list of places to stay.
This place is beautiful. Very clean and exactly as stated in post. The place had everything we needed. The only issue was the tv streaming. It was very slow and kept shutting off. We will definitely stay again. Loved this place
Very easy checkin, the kitchen had everything I needed to prepare a few meals (blender, pots and pans, even a pizza pan and icecube trays, which were both much appreciated). Some of the windows in the bedroom and laundry alcove (which are high up in the wall) didn't have curtains so the bedroom never get very dark (kind of nightlight levels of light), so this is something to take into account if you like your sleeping area dark. Overall, I'd stay here again if I'm ever back in Reno.
This unit is conveniently located near lots of places within walking distance. Everything was clean and well appointed. Neighbors were friendly and quiet, as is the neighborhood. Communication with the listing manager was effective. I would stay here when I return to Reno.
Really nice unit. New. Neighborhood is in transition, but close to town, and feels safe.
We visit grandson quarterly and this will be a preferred spot.
Thanks so much.

Nice Little Place
The place was cute and perfect for what we needed. Centrally located and near UNR, a big bed, nice kitchen, and bathroom. Check-in process was simple and straightforward. The only issue we had was with the TV's. The one in the living room wouldn't connect so we couldn't watch TV sitting on the couch and the one in the bedroom kept dropping the signal so we would have to reboot the TV several times while watching it. The parking was a little squirrelly as there are only 2 designated spots for 4 units and parking on the street can be hard to come by if you are back later than 7 pm. Parking was CLEARLY stated in the description and I had to plan my days to be back in time to grab a spot. All and all it was a pleasant stay.
I have never been so disappointed in a VRBO property as we were in this one. We never checked in at this property. I mean we never even entered the unit! To start there was no parking available on the street in front of the unit. The parking in the rear of the complex was full of garbage cans, therefore unable to park. The area is less than desirable, scared we would not have a vehicle in the morning. A woman hanging around the units that appeared to be a lady of the night. Barking dogs in one of the units and a very upset crying infant in another. We really felt unsafe. I reserved a room at the pepper mill for the night. I requested a full refund and was told they would not give me refund because I didn’t want to park elsewhere and walk to the unit. I responded that I wouldn’t have a problem walking if I had felt safe for myself, my husband and our vehicle. Didn’t know on vacation I had to become the garbage man and move garbage cans to park in a spot that was supposed to be available to guests for this unit. These units must be section 8 housing. Never again will I book with this property or these owners! DO NOT RESERVE A STAY WITH THESE PROPERTIES! Reserve at your own risk!
