Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please leave duvet covers on-just remove all sheets and pillow cases and place by laundry
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Failure to follow checkout instructions or excessive cleaning will result in an additional fee.
*If hot tub needs to be drained due to guests an additional fee of $300 will be charged.
if guests bring a pet their reservation will be cancelled and non-refunded *If evidence of pet is found a fee of $1,000 will be charged*

We have two boys that we have involved in the whole experience! Matt is a mechanical engineer and I am a salon owner of 15 years and the founder of love candles. I have always had a passion for hospitality and creating a great experience for people. We truly want you to feel like the chalet is yours while you visit and to fully relax! We have worked hard to add special touches to make it feel special for our guests. We hope you love it as much as our family does!
