Delray apartment

I was unable to stay at the property. I arrived at approximately 4pm on February 2, 2024 for a 4 night stay. As I attempted to enter the apartment, I was approached by a man who identified himself as a property caretaker. He asked that I give him the entry code to the apartment. I did not. I entered the apartment and got the lay of it. I then left to purchase a few groceries. When I returned at 5pm, there were several cars parked in the small lot provided leaving me nowhere to park. The location of the apartment is at a very busy intersection and there was no possibility for me to stop my car to even ask where I should go to park. The whole experience left me no choice but to move on and find another accommodation.

Regrettably, our hosting experience with Mary fell below expectations. She checked out prematurely, notifying us only after two days. The challenge she faced in opening the door arose from not reviewing the provided instructions. Thankfully, our property manager was present to offer assistance. This oversight in following instructions caused inconvenience, significantly affecting the overall hosting experience. We advise future guests to thoroughly review instructions and promptly communicate any concerns for a more seamless stay. I have parking space for up to 6 cars, and when the property manager observed her attempting to open the door, she was the only person with car at packing lot. It's unlikely that my parking spaces were all occupied. Additionally, I have cameras installed outside in my parking area. I am an experienced super host on various platforms, including Airbnb, for an extended period.
