The home was spacious and clean. Very comfortable stay. The hosts were very responsive to any questions. Would definitely recommend and will book again when traveling in the area. Close to restaurants and grocery store. Not far from the Marina where we rented a boat.

Very well stock with all the essential for cooking to entertainment. We did use the game room and 1 rail on the pool table is broke but still playable. Also the pac-man game joystick did not work. Overall plenty of thing to keep us occupied after a hot day at the lake

Our family stayed at this lake house from June 11–14, and it was the perfect getaway! The house was exceptionally clean, spacious, and had everything we needed for a relaxing family vacation. There was plenty to do both at the property and nearby, so everyone—from the kids to the adults—had a great time. One of our favorite features was the hot tub. It was the perfect way to unwind after a full day of exploring. The location couldn’t have been better—only about 30 minutes from Schlitterbahn in New Braunfels and around 20 minutes from the caves and the kids’ adventure park, making it easy to enjoy several fun attractions without spending too much time driving. If you’re looking for a clean, comfortable, and conveniently located place for a family vacation, this lake house is an excellent choice. We made wonderful memories here and would absolutely stay again!

I’ve been renting condos myself on Vrbo for many years and I can tell you details matter. These individuals definitely thought of everything. I thought the house was very well laid out, it was clean. All of the furnishings were either new or in excellent condition. Kitchen was well stocked. I love the unique items like signage, beach towels for outdoor use, even deer food for the deer that show up at sunset. The house had a cohesive lake theme and so everything was so attractively decorated. Was very pleasantly surprised at how nice everything was. They even had a game room in the garage and a fire pit and swings for outdoor. House was in a nice neighborhood and was very close to the lake. Plenty of towels and blankets for everybody. The host communicated very thoroughly, immediately, and they even had an booklet I could move on my phone if I needed to look something up mid stay. Would stay in the house again if the opportunity presented itself.

This place was absolutely perfect! Great place to get away with the family. It was very clean and spacious, had plenty for adults and kids to do @ the house and is just a few minutes away from whatever it is you like to do! The hosts were very attentive and helpful, although we didn’t need em for much since they already had the house ready and stocked!
