Nice home, stay need some improvement

When I arrived, I found hair and leftover hair ties on the ottoman. Upon entering the bedroom, I noticed the top sheet also had hair on it. The garbage disposal was not functioning. The home advertised having cable and internet, but no cable provided. I was given the wrong code to access the internet and after having maintenance come to the house, they provided the correct code. Even though we experienced these inconveniences, the home is overall well taken care of.
