This property is a 2nd floor unit with stellar views of Pirate Cove's World-Class Marina, while also being non-smoking & pet-free. The condo has 3 Bedrooms and 3 Baths (accommodating 6). Between Memorial Day and Labor Day, all rentals must be a full-week and begin on Saturday. Unit has an elevator in the building and access to community pool, fitness center, and miles of lighted docks. Master bedroom has a King bed with ensuite holding a soaking tub and stand-up shower. 2nd bedroom with King bed and private ensuite bathroom. 3rd bedroom has a King bed with private access to hall bathroom. 2 TV's, high-speed WiFi, large deck overlooking the marina, ceiling fans, and covered parking for up to one vehicle (no trailers). View of marina and charter fishing fleet. Parking for 2 vehicles maximum.
Property was completely renovated, with the upgrades being completed in the Spring 2023.
