PLEASE VIEW THE VIDEO OF 863 BRIGHTON PLACE! Beautifully maintained vacation home! We paint & upgrade annually. We take great pride in making sure that we offer our tenants an immaculate house with many extras and conveniences.

Location, Location, Location! Seven houses from and a 2 minute walk to the beach and boardwalk. Truly two minutes. I've timed it! Easy 10 minute walk to the heart of Ocean City with unique shops and wonderful restaurants. Check amenity and activity sections to see all that is available.

863 Brighton Place is a first floor unit. Since we are a first floor unit there's no struggling up lots of stairs with luggage, beach supples and groceries. Quiet, wide street.

Our favorite things about 863 Brighton is our large, covered, shaded porch. It is ideal for relaxing after a day on the beach. Awnings provide added privacy and shade. Table with chairs and lots of additional comfy seating, including rocking chairs. The front porch is totally enclosed, so it's perfect place for little ones to play.

Plenty of seating in the living room and dining room for eating, visiting and game nights. Our four beautifully decorated bedrooms comfortably sleeps 10. Two bedrooms have KING beds, One bedroom has Queen and the last bedroom has two DOUBLE / FULL beds. Queen sleeper sofa adds sleeping for two more.

The two and half bathrooms provide extra convenience. The two full baths have large counters and premium shower heads. Master bath shower has TWO shower heads! Private half bath in the front bedroom with a queen bed is perfect for a second couple.

You get a lot for your money when you rent our house! We offer many extras that will make your vacation even nicer and more fun. Make your packing easy and don't jam your car full of items you don't need. Beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, sand toys, bikes are all included. Unlike other Ocean City rentals, we provided bath towels, hand towels and washcloths. You only need to supply sheets.

Kitchen cabinets were just refinished and we have newly installed quartz countertops. The kitchen is fully stocked - all the usual appliances plus electric griddle, wok, salad spinner, crock pot, toaster oven, steamer and more.

863 Brighton Place has a huge selection of children & family games, toys, books and movies. We are very kid friendly with a high chair, pack 'n play, booster seat, children's bathroom step stool, night lights, outlet protectors. Even less to pack!

The living room has a 42' flat screen Hi Def Plasma TV and Bluray player. Each bedroom has a wall mounted TV and most have a DVD player. We have cable throughout and premium stations (HBO, STARZ, Cinamax, SHO and Sports Entertainment Package.) Password protected secure wifi included. Beach tags are free and included.

Parking this close to the beach and boardwalk is always an issue. We have off street parking for at least three cars - more if you have smaller cars. An outside storage room is available to you and houses the beach gear and bikes for your use. The hot water outdoor shower room is tiled and has a locking door for privacy.

We also own the house directly behind - the driveways back up to each other. 888 4th Street is also a first floor four bedroom house. VRBO listing #335219. We recently bought the house right next door (859 Brighton) VRBO listing #601752.

We rent only to families. Must be 25 to rent. No senior week/prom rentals. Please do not ask. No pets and no smoking. Call for additional info.

Amazing beach house

We have no complaints about this house! Easy check in, clean, lots of space, close to beach. Susan was easy to get ahold of and was super helpful. The enclosed porch is amazing especially when you have kids. We easily fit 3 families with 5 kids. We would 100% stay here again.

Great House, Great Location

863 Brighton checked all the boxes for our family. We visited with 5 adults and 3 little ones. The downstairs family room and kitchen/dining area had ample space for all of us, and the bedrooms were very spacious and comfortable. The location is about 8 houses from the boardwalk in a quiet neighborhood near the high school, and just a few blocks north of all the games, rides and restaurants, so everything is walkable. All of the beach gear we were able to use was nice as well. Would definitely stay there again!

The property was in excellent condition. We really loved the location. The check in process was very easy. We had a very good week and had lots of family fun. Here are some constructive suggestions if at all possible. 1) It would be really nice to have raised toilets in all of the bathrooms. 2) It would be really nice to have exhaust fans in all of the bathrooms. 3) The laundry room configuration is very cumbersome to say the least. If at all possible make the door a sliding pocket door, or sliding door that would open flush with the hallway I hope this helps! Thank you, Jim Hamilton

Perfect for a Family Reunion

Our family stayed in both this house and the other house owned by the same owners. The other house is directly behind this one. 335221 was a wonderful place for our Family Reunion. Everything was exactly as described and pictured on the website. The location is great - everything is close and convenient. We really wouldn't have needed a car, but the three parking spots were great to have so close to the beach. The house is very well maintained and exceptionally clean. We loved the large porch and enjoyed eating and relaxing there. The two and a half baths were great. Lots of extras were provided - bikes, beach chairs, umbrellas, toys, games, movies, books, even bath towels! The owners were great to deal with. We travel to different locations for our annual Family Reunions, but we'd love to come back here. It was perfect vacation for our extended family!

Family Vaca of 7!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this house and the owners. Location was perfect! Our walk to the beach was maybe one minute. The house was fully stocked with everything we could need and some !!! (Minus bed sheets which was not a big deal to pack) games, beach chairs, beach toys, outside shower, storage room. You name it- it was there! The owners were super easy to communicate with and followed up to make sure we had what we needed and got checked in smoothly. We took our three boys (10,12 and 12) and my parents- and never once did we feel crowded. There was an amazing porch covered with tables and chairs which we spent lots of time there talking and laughing. We look forward to staying here again! Thank you for making our vacation a wonderful one filled with lots of memories!

Relaxing weekend w/family

We are a group of 5 adults (1 disabled) & an infant - this home was exactly what we all wanted!! The beds and couch are comfortable, and the master bath is large with a walk-in shower (two shower heads and seats for handicapped). The location was perfect...one block from the north end of OC Boardwalk. We used the 3 bikes provided and rode out in the mornings on the boardwalk, it wasn't crowded at all and there was lots to do. On Saturday for lunch ~1pm we drove over the causeway to eat at The Grilled Cheese & Crab Cake Co., absolutely delicious and wasn't overly crowded! We cooked in their kitchen for breakfast and dinner both days which worked well, they have everything you need to prepare a meal. We shopped at the nearby Shoprite just over the causeway. They have plentiful games, books and premium movie channels to keep you entertained on a rainy day. We would love to rent this home again in the future! Thanks so much Sue!!

Memorial Day weekend

My friend and I go to the Ocean City every year the week of Memorial Day. We loved this house. The house we normally go to is owned by a friend of ours and although it sleeps twelve, always makes us feel cramped. Sue’s place was spacious and perfect for 8 of us! It’s so close to the beach too! Sue had sent us a nice long email for our stay and was available if needed. She even sent us a coupon to use at the boardwalk for the week we were there! All around good time and we will be reserving the house next summer for sure!!! Thanks Sue!

We love Ocean City! We have spent our summers here since we were children. We now have four grown children and have enjoyed many vacations in this family friendly shore resort. Our daughter and her husband were married on the Ocean City beach in 2009. The rehearsal dinner and next day breakfast were held right here at 863 Brighton Place - an ideal place to entertain!

We're both retired teachers and have set up 863 Brighton Place with families in mind. We know what it's like to travel with children and we've tried to provide everything possible to ensure that you have a relaxing and fun vacation with your family.

Why they chose this property

Ocean City is simply the perfect place for a vacation! Families come here to relax, reconnect and have fun. We love this end of the island! Brighton Place is peaceful and quiet, but the boardwalk and all it has to offer is just an easy 2-3 minute walk. We love our early morning bike rides and evening strolls on the boardwalk. Our guarded Brighton Place beach is equally close. We think that this is the best location in Ocean City!

We specifically bought a first floor house because we didn't want to carry luggage and tote groceries up flights of steps. We chose Brighton Place because it's an extra wide, quiet, tree lined street. The half bath in the front bedroom is perfect for a second couple or grandparent. One reason that we fell in love with this house is the wonderful porch, that we've enhanced with new awnings.

What makes this property unique

We offer many extra amenities. We have covered off street parking for three or four cars. Our tiled, locking outdoor hot/ cold water shower room gives you one more location to use when everyone wants to shower after a day at the beach. The large storage room is available to you and stores many extras for your use. We provide beach chairs, umbrellas, beach toys and bicycles.

We have both adult and children's libraries, as well as an extensive video collection. We feature numerous family games, children's toys, puzzles and building/construction sets. A Graco Pack 'n Play, Cosco high chair, booster seat and bathroom step stool make this a well equipped house for your little ones.

The large front porch is has a family size table with chairs as well as cushioned wicker furniture. The awnings are new and add an extra spot to enjoy OC in all kinds of weather and the hot afternoon sun. The porch is fully enclosed to make a safe play space for children.

Two of the bedrooms have King beds. The front bedroom has a private half bath. We provide bath towels, hand towels and washcloths for our tenants. As usual in OC, tenants are responsible for sheets. There are bedspreads or comforters and four bed pillows on all beds. Blankets are in each closet.

The 42' HD plasma flat screen TV and blue ray player in the living area has premium cable stations. We have password protected wifi. Each bedroom has a television with all the premium stations. There are ceiling fans in every bedroom. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the typical offerings and enough extras to delight a chef. We want our house to be your home away from home!
