Our stay was wonderful! The house was in the perfect location—right at the beach. We loved being able to sit on the deck in the mornings with our coffee while taking in the most amazing view of the ocean. The home was comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. We would absolutely recommend this property to anyone looking for a peaceful beach escape and look forward to returning in the future!

Enjoyed our stay

Had a great time and love the location. I’ve been trying to book it again and take my mom who’s handicapped but it won’t allow me to book any of the available dates.

Steps from the beach!

Great location ..great communication easy check in. Condo is lived in but very clean. Can not be closer to the beach!

Can't beat the location

When you walk out of the room and turn right you on the steps walking to beach. I have never stayed so close. It is about equal distance from the beach or the pool, so you get the best of both. The condo was great and had everything that we needed for a great vacation.

Great Location!

Plenty of room in condo & very easy access to the beach. Plenty of places close for dinner shopping etc. This was our second visit to this particular condo had been redecorated and updated furniture. My only complaint is that it could definitely use a deep clean.

Gorgeous view and a gorgeous condo

We absolutely loved this condo! The beach view from the patio is even better than the pictures show. The space was clean and inviting, and overall wonderful. We have stayed in the Mainsail before, in a different unit, and will definitely be coming back to this one. It’s so close to the beach that it’s perfect for those beach days and allows you to come back to the unit for lunch (or whatever) with complete convenience.

love the condo- cannot get closer to the beach. Only issues we had we a few things not working correctly in the unit. Minor inconvenience. We will stay here again

Great location, okay condo

This was our 3rd year in a row staying at Mainsail, and our 3rd different unit. We initially picked this location based on it being closest to the beach and ground floor. For that reason alone it was great. However a few things that need to be addressed for us to return to this unit would be the deck. Most notably the dilapidated state of the wood and many, many exposed nail heads preventing anyone from walking on it or using it for beach access out of Master Bedroom. My second issue would be this unit is in need of new furniture as the couches are very worn down and uncomfortable to say the least.
