Enormous windows overlooking downtown Spokane, all within walking distance of this cozy townhome. This home features heated tile flooring throughout the home, as well as a two car garage.

We have free street parking in front of the townhome, as well as private garage parking for 1 car, and room for 1 car outside of the garage (behind the townhome). You will easily park in the attached garage and walk right into the townhome. Instructions for use are provided with check in instructions

This is a great property in a wonderful location. Nice front porch patio for sitting. In a walkable neighborhood with restaurants, wine tasting, coffee shops, grocery store and parks all just a short walk away.

Great location! We were within walking distance to the Riverfront and many great shops, bars, and restaurants. The rental had everything we needed and was very clean. We had a great time. The owners were very easy to communicate with and made sure that our stay was enjoyable.

Perfect location to enjoy the best of Spokane. Being able to walk to Yards and Brunchonette for Breakfast. Indaba for coffee. Pizza, tamales and more. The only improvement that could be made was more towels.
