Designer touches in every room highlighted by soft recessed lighting and a beautiful creek stone fireplace, huge flat screen TV and stylish white leather sofas. All new furnishings throughout and a completely remodeled kitchen with stainless steel appliances and beautiful granite countertops. Wireless internet, and free HBO on the 3 large flat screen TV's. The master bedroom offers a luxurious king size bed with a private patio and flat screen TV. Master bathroom features dual sinks, with black granite counter tops and a remodeled shower with block glass. The 2nd bedroom offers a queen size bed, with an extra murphy bed and flat screen TV. The 2nd bathroom also has dual sinks, upgraded tile and black granite tops and a jacuzzi bath tub. Full size washer and dryer add to the convenience. The patio has seating and a barbecue. 2 mobile AC units help keep the condo cooled. While enjoying all the comforts of this designer condo, you have all the amenities of the community pool and jacuzzi. We had Carla Moore as the property manager for this lovely condo she rented to us in January 2016. We were renovating our home and needed a place to rent until July of 2016. Carla was very responsive and attentive in making sure our stay was exceptional! If we had any questions or concerns she was right there to make sure we were satisfied . This condo was not only well maintained but it offered so much more than any hotel could offer and yet we had lots of room plus three Tv's that allowed our family to have a pleasant stay. We Also enjoyed having a view of the ocean from our living room and a short walk to the beach! Thank you Carla Moore for your A Plus service that made our stay wonderful! Missing items

Only thing I’d suggest is to put some frying pans in the unit and a kettle… we purchased our own frying pans, tea pot, and place matts to protect the table…a few more screens on the windows to allow for more ventilation on hot days in the absence of Air Con would be helpful as well.

Wonderful extended stay!

My husband and I stayed for about 6 weeks for work with our Goldendoodle and had a wonderful stay. Great location right by Strands beach. Everything you could need in a home away from home. Would stay again for sure!

One month stay

We were relocating for work and rented this condo for a month while we searched for our permanent residence, it was so cozy and had everything that we needed to stay comfortably, we enjoyed being so close to strand beach and would take our Frenchie dog for evening walks looking over the beautiful ocean, it had the most beautiful sunsets, we loved our stay so much and are greatful we found such an awesome place, we would highly recommend it!

Perfect coastal getaway!

We had such a wonderful, peaceful time in this beautiful condo by the sea. It was very clean and had all the amenities of home. The location is close to great restaurants and shops. We even walked down to the Dana Point Harbor to see the Tall Ships Festival. We would highly recommend this condo for a great vacation!

Loved it!

We have stayed in many VRBO rentals and this is one of our favorites. Very clean and extremely well stocked. High quality linens, lots of beach toys, and an IBOT vacuum-who could ask for more? In unit laundry very handy. Beach is just across the street with other lovely beaches less than 5 minutes away. Close to a very nice hot tub . Great to have a BBQ on the deck. Unit is very spacious and a floor plan. There are steps up to the unit-no elevator.Highly recommended!

Our new home away from home

We booked this town home last minute after another vacation home we had fell through. The broker handling it was very helpful and met us at the property right away. This town home was perfect. It was stocked with all the amenities that we are used to and left us wanting/needing nothing. We had a family of 4, 2 adults, 2 children, plus our parents and various visitors throughout the month that stayed with us. I can't say enough good things about the experience. Dana Point was perfect as always, the beach was across the street and the pool was right there in the development. I am normally not a person for staying in a same place twice, but we will book another trip and stay in this condo if at all possible. Daniel and Family.

Strand Beach Condo

We enjoyed our stay in this condo very much. It was very clean and has the exact necessities you would need just like in your own home to make everything comfy. It is right across the street from The Strand Beach... How could you go wrong. Walk right across and watch the sunset every evening and great area for our daily walks. Close enough to walk right down town to have breakfast or lunch too. We enjoyed the Shwak for breakfast, but you can also make your own right there in the condo. I would highly recommend this to family and friends. It's everything it advertises to be.

Simply Perfect for a Southern California Getaway

My husband and I have traveled with our 2 year old daughter to this well appointed condo twice in the past 4 months. This completely remodeled condo is beautiful and has everything you'll need for a comfortable and relaxing getaway. We typically stay at Four Seasons Resorts or Ritz Carltons, but for a 1 month vacation with our 2 year old this condo was a much better option for us and we didn't even have to sacrifice the amenities you'll find at one of these 5 star resorts. Comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen, and all of the fun beach gear make this condo our favorite getaway in all of Southern California. You will love this place!

Fantastic Week

We were so lucky to be given the opportunity to stay here. The home is first class, and is not given the justice it deserves from the picture. Teri, our contact was brilliant from the beginning to the end. We had bad weather, but this did not detract from this wonderful home. Take it from a very very particular, choosy vacationer, this is a great place to rent.
