Our stay over Labor Day weekend was great. The house does look like the pictures but the house does need to be updated. Saftey wise be care on the walk way that leads to the beach. A lot of wood that you can just fall right into. There was some wood upstairs on the balcony that were loose just be carful if you have small children or pets. The house does need some internal care ( mold on the celling in the house in some areas). Other than these things the place is in a great location and has a lot of space for family getaways. Has everything you in the kitchen. I think overall once the small items are up to date a lot of ppl would like to stay here because it truly is a great beach house.

Our story began in 1957, when our parents stopped in Surfside to fish after their honeymoon in Galveston. What started as a weekend getaway soon became a lifelong tradition, leading to summers spent here as a family before finally making Surfside our home in 1976.

In 1992, our mother and founder, Catherine, who had been managing properties with Brannan Realty since 1976, took over as property manager for 13 homeowners in need—and that’s how Beach Resort Services was born. Since then, we have continued to grow, but we have never lost sight of what makes us special—family, tradition, and a passion for helping others create unforgettable beach memories.

Today, Beach Resort Services is run by a dedicated team of three—Denise, Drew, and Hope—who work tirelessly to provide exceptional service, trustworthy management, and a personal touch to every guest and homeowner we serve.
