About this property

Stay in a beautiful, spacious townhouse less than 1 block from St. Simon Island's Red Fern Village. Only a short walk to shops and restaurants or a quick bike/golf cart ride to the beach. From the soft bedding to the carefully selected furnishings, we've put so many of our favorite things into this home. Perfect for families or small groups and weddings: fully equipped with wifi and smart TVs, community pool, and your own private garage! Our property is pro-cleaned carefully between each visit.

PROPERTY LAYOUT AND AMENITIES:
Our spacious townhouse is perfect for groups and weddings!
The home easily accommodates 8, with a first-floor spacious king bedroom and en-suite bath and a large walk-in closet, upstairs bedrooms include a light-filled king bedroom, a cozy queen bedroom and a spacious bunk room with 2 twin beds.
There are 2 large living living rooms with smart TV's, one located on the 1st floor and the other on the 2nd floor.
The sprawling kitchen is well-equipped and perfect for whipping up easy meals during your stay. Enjoy the private screened porch for reading or relaxing. There is also a new gas grill on the back deck available for use.

Don't forget to make time to enjoy the pool (open April 1st through October 31st) located just a few steps from the front door.
The townhouse has central heating and air, as well as a SMART TV, cable, and wifi.

One garage spot comes with the unit and there is additional parking in the driveway and additional off-street parking. There is also a washer and dryer in the unit that you are welcome to use.

GUEST ACCESS:
The entire townhouse is for your use! No spaces are off-limits.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
The garage spot is optimized for compact cars, so if you have a larger car, SUV or truck, don't worry--there is additional driveway parking and off-street parking spots available.

Our standard cancellation policy is 50% refund up to 1 week prior to arrival. However, if the National Weather Service issues a "hurricane warning" or "hurricane watch" we will happily offer a full refund if your booking falls in the time period of the warning. If the State of Georgia, St. Simon's Island or Glynn County issues an evacuation order for any other type of weather, we will also offer a full refund.

The pool is closed from November 1st through April 1st.

Family Spring Break Trip

Great property that was just as advertised. Clean, fairly recently renovated from what we could tell. Spacious and comfortable. Conveniently located in middle island close to anywhere we needed to go. Would stay again!

Great home, close to everything

The home was exactly as advertised. Plenty of space, everything in great condition. The towels were fabulous! It was easy to get everywhere, the host was easy to get ahold of and responsive. We would stay again for sure!

Immaculate, Stylish and LARGE Townhome

We SO enjoyed our recent stay at this gorgeous townhome. We especially appreciated all of the room to spread out . . . a large, well-appointed kitchen, three distinct living/sitting areas, and spacious bedrooms. The furniture, decor, art and linens appear to be all-new and are beautifully curated. We loved the screened-in porch for afternoon coffee, easy in and out to Redfern, restaurants, etc. The hosts were delightful and responsive and even stopped by personally when we needed a little help with the TV. We hate to give away the secret of this great listing!

The best condo in St. SImons

My golf buddies and I booked this condo for our yearly golf trip. This condo fit all of our needs and more. It is in a great location and close to everything. I have to say, we have stayed all over the island for many years and this condo has been our favorite. 4 big bedrooms with very comfortable beds. The living spaces are great. A Livingroom upstairs and downstairs are very convenient. Overall this condo had everything you could want. I highly recommend this condo for a stay in St. Simons. You will not be disappointed.
