Welcome to our cozy townhouse, 20 minutes from Disney and 25 minutes from Universal. Right across the street, you will find the Medieval Times Dinner Show.

This spacious townhouse offers 4 be/3 ba, comfortably accommodating up to 10 guests. The fully equipped kitchen includes appliances, cookware, and utensils for your convenience.

Step outside to our private pool area, complete with brand new colorful furniture, where kids can soak up Florida's sunny weather.

Relax in our living room with a cozy couch, TV, and board games for family and friends to enjoy together.

Our kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare meals. Enjoy the convenience of a Nespresso coffee machine.

Townhouse Highlights: Carpet has been removed from all bedrooms and stairs.

- Master bedroom with a king-size bed and private bathroom on the second floor
- Two bedrooms with three twin-size beds and a shared bathroom on the second floor
- One bedroom with a queen-size bed on the first floor
- One common bathroom on the first floor
- Convenient laundry room on the first floor

Please note: A barbecue/grill is available for an additional $40 per stay. This fee covers final cleaning and propane provision for your stay.

The home is provided with an initial set of supplies:

Bathrooms: (1) hotel size shampoo, (1) hotel size conditioner, (1) hotel size shower gel, (1) hand soap bar and (1) toilet paper.
Kitchen: Dishwasher pods, (1) trash bag, (1) paper towel, (1) dish sponge, dish and hand soap.

The guest is responsible for any additional supplies needed during their stay.

You can access to our beautiful clubhouse amenities, including a pool with a kid-friendly beach entrance, a playground, basketball court, and beach volleyball court.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
The A/C thermostat is on the 1st floor and follows a schedule. If you would like to change the temp. use a range between 71F–78F to avoid A/C damage.
All dishes, pots and pans need to be left in ten dishwasher before your departure.
Garbage needs to be left in the bench container located by the entrance. Refrigerator must be empty before your departure.

My husband Dexter and our dog Chase really did enjoy our stay in this beautiful cozy townhouse. It felt like we was at home the home was clean and very nicely decorated and in an overall good neighborhood. I would definitely recommend this place and stay here again.

The host communicated very well with us. Location is fantastic. There are some cosmetic things to the home that needs updated, but honestly, we did not spend much time there, as we were exploring the area. We did not use the pool during our stay as the weather was a bit chilly.
